The barista, Amanda, is so extremely rude! She was CLEARLY aggravated that a customer even walked up. She was so rude taking my order then proceeded to complain to the other young man working (who is very nice btw) about how much she hates lavender and how all the customers ordering lavender ruined the drinks for her. Without saying a word she puts my drink on the counter and literally throws a straw down and walks off. She made a coffee drink when I ordered matcha. I quietly waved over the young man and let him know and Amanda was like "OMG what's wrong with it? Was it supposed to be matcha? I knew it." Then laughed and walked off with a cart. The young man kindly remade my drink and apologized more than once. He has always been nice the few times I've been to this location, but Amanda was horrible and shouldn't be working at Starbucks if she hates making drinks. I never thought someone would make me feel bad for ordering a drink that I like. Trust me, if Dutch Bros still had lavender and/or matcha, I'd go there.

When I walked up to the register to pay for my merchandise Jordan was talking with other frys employees. In a 5min period he looked at me twice but never acknowledged that I was waiting for him. After he was finished talking with his coworkers he proceeded to make a phone call and told me to “ring my own damn cup up”. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and lazy. Don’t spend your money here. Go 2 miles down the road to Dutch bros where they actually care about your business.

Service is horrible. They just stand and talk about who is getting fired or who had to work the register. And for the Blonde girl who made a sarcastic remark to me, do better.

Firstly, it took three girls two minutes to even acknowledge me and I was the only one at the counter. Saying 2 minutes out loud doesn't sound like a long time, but when you're standing there making eye contact with all three of them at different moments 2 minutes is a long time to not even be acknowledged. Secondly, since they were so engaged in their personal conversations including one employee from Fry's itself it took over 10 minutes to make an iced matcha tea latte with three pumps of chai. My feedback is if they weren't engaged in such personal conversation while a customer is standing there not only could I have been acknowledged sooner, but they probably could have gotten my order completed within the same amount of time that I was ignored.

The women working 2/13/22 who was the cashier/barista at 8:51am was extremely unprofessional and rude, they took 45 minutes at least to make this coffee chatting away with one another and their friends who visited them at work (not buying coffee we were informed by the friend) we watched as they made the order wrong and not to Starbucks standard poured caramel on the side of the cup, use their unwashed bare hands to touch the top side of the lid palm over the drinking hole, exchange the lid for a clean lid and added caramel but when we were handed the cup the caramel was all over the cup making it sticky so we asked for a rag and she slammed a cup down with attitude and then just put the cup inside another cup and said “it’s not even that sticky” with an extremely rude tone under her voice and when we unfortunately had to bark back at her that it was sticky, she put her tail between her incompetent legs and stood quiet. All we asked for was a rag because our hands were sticky fromThe cup, that’s all she has to do but that was too hard for her, she shouldn’t be working here if it’s too hard to make a cup of coffee and get a rag, oh but it makes sense as seeing there were no sanitary rags in sight with dirty machines, should be some kinda OSHA violation, someone should train her on her customer service and attitude. She was an older lady with a mask, seems as if she has plenty of bad reviews.

Ok, I've been to literally dozens of Starbucks all over the United States & this is the worst one. I've actually avoided this one for a while because it's just so bad. But today I needed to fill a prescription & do some grocery shopping so I seceded to get a drink. I pre ordered it on the app because waiting in line & dealing w this crew is the worst. I picked up my drink after my shopping & went to get my script but before I left o reached through the opening where they served the drinks to grab a stirring stick. I specifically did this as to not bother the crew who had people in line, knowing it would take 10 min if I asked, so I just did it myself to save everyone time. This is nothing I haven't done a thousand times at a dozen different Starbucks before. From behind me a I hear a loud, booming, condescending voice telling me to not reach behind the counter & then he proceeds to lecture me on my filthy hands. I then look over & see Lighten. Lighten is a 6'6 giant baby. I've seen this man-baby washing dishes in the past & by the way he was acting you would think he was being worked to death. Total drama queen. I've literally been in line for 15 min w people behind me & as it's been my turn he yells to the people, "Sorry, I just need to take a 15 min break." And then go into the back. I've seen this child give me the stink eye so many times so when he started yelling at me I politely, in a calm direct voice, told him I was twice his age & don't take that tone with me. He responded by puffing up his chest & telling me that he old raised his voice at me while taking a step closer. I told him if he continued to raise his voice that it wouldn't go well for him as I turned to walk away. He then started yelling at that I had threatened him. I was about halfway over to the pharmacy when the crew called for management. There was 5 people in line behind me by the SECOND time he called for management 5 min later. When Fry's management showed up they handled it calmly & totally respectfully. Props to them. I told them what happened, explained that Lighten over reacted & that there was absolutely no problem. The whole ordeal w management lasted less than 2 min. I got my script & left. Lighten is the worst Starbucks barista in the world.

The customer service at this location is terrible!!I have been here on multiple occasions randomly, and each time, aside from one single time there was a sweet girl working there. Otherwise their employees are just rude and impatient.When you order an iced coffee, make sure you ask for extra ice because they never put enough ice in it and they are very stingy about everything they do. For a coffee that you’re paying eight dollars for you’d think that they wouldn’t be skimpy on the ice or whip cream. I’ve never had any issues like this so many times at any other locations. The employees look like they hate their job and they work like a bunch of sloths back there, moving so slow with no purpose and no care in the world that anybody could be trying to get this coffee to go to work or get back to a meeting or anything.They just take their sweet time moving like a sloth and chitchatting with their coworkers, completely ignoring you like you’re not even there. I will be picking my coffee from any other location myself. This one is not it if you’re looking for quality customer service and you want your drink made the right way, my drinks always taste different at this location like they skimp some of the ingredients. Their coffee taste like disappointment in a cup! It never tastes good at this location like something is off..If I’m gonna spend eight dollars on a coffee, I would go to another location where I’m going to be treated like a valuable customer, with quality service and have my drink made correctly with the right amount of ingredients, so it actually taste the way it is supposed to taste.I’ve given this place multiple chances, but each time I’ve been nothing but disappointed, so after today I will not be going back to this location again!I’d rather drive down the street and go to the one of Dobson riverview marketplace location. I’ve never had an issue with that one and the employees are so sweet and they move with a purpose to try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Any location is better than this one!!.

There was a man working named Leighton, terrible associate! He was unsanitary, making a huge mess, only one lady in front of me and I only wanted food, his first words to me were “buddy we got 10 drinks ahead of you” I said it’s fine i only want food anyways, assuming he could multitask but his incompetence to even single task was embarrassing for Starbucks to say the least. The line was growing for about 10 minutes and not moving at all, then he shouts out to the line, “we have a ten drink order it will be a while.” So in ten minutes time you haven’t accomplished not one single order? And how hard is it to throw your frozen sandwhich is the heater while attending to drink orders. Terrible service, bad customer service and people skills, no work ethic and unsanitary.
