Recently renovated and removed all indoor seating. Disappointing. They expanded the patio, but are lacking sufficient seating.

I was excited for the remodel. After see it, in my opinion it looks more depressing, dark and gloomy. Honestly It doesn't feel welcoming with how dark it is. The customer area is very small now and I watched someone that is clearly sensitive to small spaces panic a little bit and had to wait outside. There is way less space for the customers and is darker than it was. I miss how welcoming it used to feel. In my opinion it sends a message to the customers, "get in and get out".

Overall, a great place with a competent staff and readily available seating. Sometimes tricky getting in and out with the turn in the parking lot, and sometimes drinks/food not as warm or flavorful as other locations. Staff is kind but often seem distracted or too busy to provide the same signature Starbucks enthusiasm and friendliness I've come to expect from the brand. Even so, it is always a solid spot if you are by it and want to get your Starbucks fix.

4 customers in the cafe including us. Ordered and put our cups aside and took 35 minutes for water, and an iced tea. We had to ask about our order. We usually love coming to this location. I understand drive through is busy but why ignore the folks that parked and came in it's 230 in the afternoon not 7am

Went here for coffee on Thanksgiving morning. They were friendly and I was greeted upon entering. However, the problem comes when you order. If you've made the grave error of being so old fashioned that you actually walk into a business and order you will be placed waaaaay down the line. There were LOTS of people standing waiting for orders. A new barista came on duty and shouted "give me your name if you're a mobile order, I'll be working on those now!" So there I stood for about 20 minutes when I finally decided I didn't have a day to spend in Starbucks waiting for a coffee that was on their lowest priority level. I asked to be refunded but the girl said "well I can refund you, or we can make you a priority" so I foolishly said ok; then the barista made more orders before finally doing mine. When I finally got my coffee it was, to say the least, the most bitter, and unappealing cup of coffee I'd had in a long while. For the price, the effort, the product, and the service I'm not ever returning to any Starbucks. To say their system of processing orders is inefficient at best, and not worth the end result is the best I can do for this place.

Keeps happening. Latte add cinnamon and they turn it into the fuxking cinnamon challenge. Stupid.
