So this is the second time I’ve gotten a dirty chai here that was only half and half. The first time I didn’t have time to come back and get it fixed but today I did.
The woman at the counter was the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with. I asked for a refund and she scowls and says they don’t do refunds…. Okay, then replace it. She argues and then takes the old drink and slams it in the sink hard enough to send ice and liquid splashing out. I tell her it’s not that big of deal (apparently it was).
From there, she makes a theater of slamming pumps of chai into the cup and finishes up the drink. I taste it and she tells me that she added extra chai. First small sip was just diluted enough to not tell that she had added waaaay more than that.
Had to come back a minute later and ask for more milk to dilute it. Got the same scowl….
I didn’t catch her name but if you go to this Starbucks and there is an angry gremlin scowling at you from behind the counter, do yourself a favor and skip the Starbucks

Name tags said Shelly receipt says Jesse . is rude literally told me to look at her in her eye while speaking to her . Kept rolling her eyes at me . Told her what I wanted and said that’s not that right name of the summer drink I got . Complained that’s she was going to go off on another employee. I even said thank you at the end and she rolled her eyes and said ahuh . If I could give it zero stars I would. If she was having a bad day she shouldn’t be taken it out on customers. Made me feel uncomfortable .

Order three drinks and only one was correctly made. Order wasn't taken properly. And one staff member want wearing proper uniform (no hat/visor , which is part of the uniform).

I come here often and this location is lazy and careless. I guess they want you to mix the white mocha sauce into the $8 coffee yourself? they’ll just hand you a mocha with a 1/4 inch of sauce at the bottom of the cup as if they don’t have eyes that can see it’s not mixed. I don’t think I’ve ever actually gotten lemonade in my lemonade refresher the first time at this location either. They’re little tricksters for sure! Also, if you ask them to remake it they insinuate you’re trying to steal, then take something that’s already touched your mouth back in to the preparation area with other people’s drinks and it’s gross!

Unfriendly, ignored completely as I waited to order. Staff super cold. Whole place: tables, floor, bathroom (mirror. sink. TOILET YUCK AND WOULD NOT USE. ) pickup counter ditry, and had to ask for a wet cloth to clean our table as all were dirty. Worst I've evet been in by far. AND there was only one other customer in the place and no one even attempting to rectify the mess. Never again.
