Walked into Starbucks just wanting a simple black coffee. What I got was a full-on personality reset. This coffee is so strong, I think it made direct eye contact with my soul. No cream, no sugar — just vibes and existential clarity. One sip and I suddenly understood meaning of life (42), my wife, and why cats stare at walls. Highly recommend if you want your heart rate and productivity to spike at the same time.

So let me tell you about my Monday morning. It's Monday and my beautiful girlfriend was hungry and in need of caffeine so I thought hmmmm let's go to our favorite neighborhood Starbucks. That's where it all went very very very wrong.
We get to the Drive through and we are so excited foe our order. It's Monday! Who doesn't want caffeine and food. When I order my beautiful girlfriend's favorite breakfast sandwich I'm told that they won't sell me the sandwich unless it's heated up. Which is odd because we've bought unheated several times before at multiple locations. Our neighborhood Starbucks included. Well...... My beautiful girlfriend didn't get her breakfast sandwich and now I'm in danger.... Send help...

Boyfriend went through the drive-through twice and twice the order was messed up. I had to come down sick after he had to go to work to retrieve the correct order of Venti Matcha with six pumps classic eight pumps brown sugar I walk into the store the manager the staff completely ignore me for 5-6 minutes. No one says anything no one says hello will be right with you. No friendly smile.and then the front cashier Get an attitude glares at me for having my order remake She literally rolled her eyes and then continues to roll her eyes the entire time I’m in the store. So they messed up my order twice with my boyfriend and I have to come in sick to have it remade and I’m the one in the wrong? I go through this drive-through five times a week giving them my money, but I’m the one in the wrong?

I'm sorry but why do most of the locations close so early? I hardly get Starbucks but my family does and we had to drive out of our way to get to this location. But the drinks were good and so were the cake pops.

Starbucks and their stupid policy changes. It's a 10-12 minute wait now for a mobile order on a slow Thursday evening, and they still couldn't make my drink right?! What a joke.

The girl working the window at 10:30 was horribly rude. Handed us the food and said bye and shut the window. We had taken up a little bit of her time because everything we ordered she came back with telling us the truck didn’t have it or they were out with the egg shortage. I’m racking my brain on if we did something to her, but we didn’t make any additional comments or anything so not sure what the hostility was about?

Staff is very friendly and fast, atmosphere is wonderful and welcoming, love that they are open later than most Starbucks in Phoenix. One of the best Starbucks in the Valley for sure.

Just came in a few minutes ago and the dude and girl at the counter made me wait 8 minutes but, never helped me or asked me directly that there was a wait. Made me feel stupid for even waiting for a single drink. What horrible service. I barely even leave reviews but that pissed me off.
