Today I placed a mobile order to pickup at the drive thur. I got there and they couldnt understand my name. Finally they said they hadn't pulled the ticket. Now I have been starbucks gold member for 15 yrs or better. Used starbucks in several states as well as countries. A man came on while I was talking to the girl at the order kiosk. He said I didn't place my Mobil order according to starbucks procedures and it was ready. That was fine with me since it was a hot tea. He proceeded to speak to me in a manor that was unprofessional. I asked him if I should have ordered at the kiosk as it would have been the same difference. I still would have had to wait. He went on and on about starbucks procedures and how I had broken them. I asked if he he wanted to argue with me or serve me. I got to the window and it was ready. I asked for this man in person..Adrian the manager. The girl said he was busy. I told her I would wait. He came to the window and continued to tell me off for breaking starbucks procedure. I held up my phone to show him I recorded his tirade on me and took his picture he told me I had no right to record him . Arizona is a one party consent state and I was the party consenting. I would be more than happy to call his district manager and play his tirade back to him. Don't go to this starbucks. I visit this one alot but after today I will be more than happy to avoid this one. I hope it closes. Who tells a customer they are breaking procedures. Last time I looked I didn't work there I was giving them my money.If you so go tell Adrian hello

Had to drop a review here along with Yelp.The entire crew are wonderful people. You can feel the sincerity when you interact with an employee here.Definitely not an issue if my order isn’t made to my satisfaction as they quickly remake it with a smile. I really enjoy the short amount of time i spent at this location on a day-to-day basis.***SPECIAL SHOUTOUT ALERT ? ***Adrian has maximum rizz, really don’t know how else to put it. Need a pick-me-up on a Monday morning? Adrian sprinkles the rizz generously. Starbucks app not loading your points correctly? Adrian’s got the rizz to fix that. Man really can’t do any wrong tbh. Go see the kid and trust you’ll leave wanting to take this man out for a beer or five.

This is the friendliest Starbucks, that I have encountered in a long time. I don’t know the Starbucks that I never seem to go to because it is kind of hidden almost even though it’s on the corner of Vasco Drive in Dobson the atmosphere could be better since it’s Christmas time I feel like they could be playing some festive music maybe have some nice lights up or something like that but many guests with laptops are there which tends to mean the vibe is pretty good. I didn’t get five stars on service because like all the other stuff but they go to their 10 to be a lot of employees with at least two of them. Kind of wandering around loss. Well customers are standing there waiting to be helped. It seems like there’s not very much initiative from the employees at Starbucks to do things independently and rarely do I get greeted when I entered Starbucks except this Starbucks I had multiple employees read me and that it’s always nice to be acknowledged when you walk into a place ? .

So apparently I call too much to complain about my drink. ? Yes, I do. Why wouldn’t I when the drink comes looking like this. Victor, the person that answered, stated I call “everyday to complain.” In the past I have spoken to Chris (the manager) & other employees that have answered the phone & told them about the drink being made wrong. If they’re not following up then it’s not my problem. I’m paying for the drink; they’re not. Maybe pay more attention to the customer’s feedback & we wouldn’t have a problem.

Love this location only because of its location by the 202/101 but getting my order right and having it taste good is a hit or miss. They always miss 1 item from my drink. Even of its as simple as cream. Bad customer service 90% of the time (there have been a few good ones) and I literally have to ask them to not pour my shots over ice because it kills the shot making it bitter (which is the starbucks standard build anyways and anytime I complain about it they just add more ice instead of remaking the drink). The number of times I haven't been told my total and just been asked for payment is insane. Then I order ahead and im just handed my drink no words and the window is immediately shut. Lovely. But for the few kind ones there i try to remember what day my drink was good and go that day of the week if possible.

Apparently you can't have your drink the way you want it at this location. I will say the first time they didn't even listen to my order they at least re-made it. For that reason only I'll give the 2 star. Three weekends in a row I order the same thing. 3 weekend in a row they made it different which was nothing close to how I ordered. I hate leaving bad reviews but this one is deserved. The guy at the window said the next time we will make it right. I explained that it's the third week in a row and third time my order was incorrect. He shrugged his shoulders and said oh well he's sorry. Oh well I'm sorry for the review but it was much deserved since I can't get my coffee my way. What do I expect for 7 dollars a cup? I expect to have it the way I ordered it
