I placed a mobile order for iced coffee with the cup lined with caramel. I waited for 10 minutes after arriving before I ask about my order. The staff went looking, my sticker was stuck to the counter near the printer. After making my drink I gave the staff a tip of an Origami frog made out of a dollar bill. I then got in my car as I was pulling out onto the street I took my first sip of my coffee. I thenI realized they had not line a cup with caramel I checked the sticker printed on the side and my order was correct. So I went around the block came back and got myself and my service dog back out of the car went back into the store. The young lady at the counter says well what do you want me to do remake it? She was really very sassy.I was very disappointed in the service at this location today. I visited this location 3-4 times per month.To top it all off she never even apologized for the mistake. She sat the cup on the counter with a statement of “here is your drink “. She turned her back and walked away. Wow just wow!Hopefully she is not the employee of the month!

I go into this Starbucks at 6am every morning today is my bday do I went in and was told that they don't do that had I known I would've left earlier and went to a different one instead of waiting until 6 for this one to open very disappointed

I had an Uber eats delivery and not only was my order PERFECT there was an adhesive stopper on my drink to keep it from spilling. I also had complete peace of mind that my order was carefully and safely packed adhere to all Covid precautions. Thank you for making a rough morning so much better!

The worst experience I ha e ever had at a Starbucks. First the girl at the register couldn't seem to get what drinks I ordered and then when i went to pick them up i was missing a drink. I had to remind the girl that this was the one she kept forgetting. She giggled and was like sorry. It isn't funny i was late for work. The Brie was chit chatting with this girl and taking her sweet time. I will never go to this location again!

Ordered a Frapp that i have never tried before and the staff made very good suggestions as in which i should add to the drink to make the taste more distinctive, which was a really good idea. Definitely going to order this drink more often thanks to the staff here. Wish i remembered her name though.

Friendly staff. They water down their chai lattes. Seems to be a trend in grocery store Starbucks. Gross.

It is so great for my tastebuds but awful for my bank account that my home Bashas put in a Starbucks. Even when I'm just stopping in for a couple bits and bobs I can't help but to grab a quick little drink. Most of the time there is no line and the service is incredible! (There is one younger gentleman that is super polite however, there is one lady that if I see her working I usually avoid getting a drink as she did not seem to be very nice, helpful, or friendly). Sometimes I even prefer to stop here rather than the busy Starbucks across the parking lot.
