The drink we bought was good, but the 3 people who were there all had a funeral face or were angry, I don't know but with a bad face and a bad attitude and it was earlyš, they couldn't even talk to me to tell me that my drink was They just left the list there without telling me š I don't know if it was because they saw me as Hispanic or I don't know, but the service was terrible, the truth is that none of the 3 of them were friendly š, I won't buy there again!!!

Iāve never known Starbucks has such horrible service, just kidding it was on today pretty much told me what types of drinks they couldnāt do. They stopped Bruce brewing. The anniversary plans at 11, I arrived at 12, heās barely made any facial contact he only told me what they couldnāt do. I asked if he could make a pour over anniversaries live every kid we start brewing, dark brew at 11.Not the first time iPad the same horrible customer service from the same kid that was on.. Starbucks is known for offering things and accommodating their patrons, and every single other locations. I was a palled at this young kid. He needs to be put in the back room stocking groceries. Heās definitely not a customer service person for Starbucks company. Very disappointing.
I am a 3-4 time a week chai latte drinker and Iāve NEVER paid for light ice. The cashier charged me a $1 fee and it was under refresher because they donāt have a light ice item in their system and when I questioned this charge he said itās a corporate thing and all stores do it. I pulled up my app that has all my receipts and nope they sure donāt. I called corporate and they donāt charge for light ice and said they would call this location. When I took a photo of my receipt he then told me to go ahead and call his manager as itās some type of threat. Sorry sir I just donāt like paying for something that is made up by you.
