I don’t know if it’s that they are understaffed or need additional training, but there is a big difference in a light splash of cream and what I continue to experience from them. I do not want to drink coffee that looks and tastes like cream. I Want coffee with a light splash and they continue to struggle with that. I do not understand why it’s so hard, but this will be the last time I come to this store.

This location has always been up and down, but especially down since the remodel. Drinks almost always have issues or don't taste good. Drinks take 3x-4x longer than the ETA listed. Today's ETA was 4-5 mins and it took 17 minutes. Just to receive drinks that tasted so bad they had to be tossed. Always get completely ignored at the pickup counter even if you're missing a drink, or need a straw for a drink that can't be drank without a straw (since straws are hidden behind the counter). Terrible experience again and again for expensive coffee.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks on Ellsworth, swinging by every morning for my mobile order before work. It used to be a smooth, friendly experience—grab my coffee, wave at the smiling face at the window, and go about my day. But that’s all changed since they put Stephanie in the drive-thru.

Now, instead of a cheerful start to my morning, I’m met with curt responses and what feels like forced service. But today, they really took it to another level. I ordered my usual three drinks, and instead of handing them over, I was asked to pull aside like I’m in a McDonald’s drive-thru waiting for a Happy Meal. Three drinks. This was not an issue. The issue was the tone and the eye roll. I even stopped and asked her really and she came back with a real snarky ya really!!

Ten minutes later, I’m still sitting there, drinkless and annoyed. Thankfully, Michael—an absolute gem—finally brought them out, but the delay had already thrown off my morning.

Honestly, I’m done with this location. I’m sure losing my one coffee a day won’t shake their bottom line, but for anyone else looking to start their day on a good note, beware of Stephanie and her lack of customer service skills. Your morning vibes might just get ruined.

Too expensive for coffee. No coffee tastes that good. Overpriced made for rich people I see. I wouldn't care if you went out of business. Staff is friendly but for the prices you charge they better be. To each his/her own. I can't stand Starbucks I'll make my own coffee and breakfast

Terrible customer service and pettiness over asking for my drink to be put into 2 cups. Ended up refunding the drink, driving 2 miles down the road to get the drinks I wanted with a smile. If you are used to normal excellent Starbucks service, do not come to this location.

Came in placed my order four people came after me placed their order then slowly one by one started getting called I informed the barista she said Drive thru is priority always I said ok but what about the fact that all these people came after me she just had a blank stare no apology nothing I asked for a refund I didn’t want my drink anymore it had been 22min by this point…. Don’t know what’s going on but Starbucks customer service isn’t what it was before…. This is a recently remodeled location and when I walked in it was dirty so much stuff on the floor counters…..

Today is my daughter’s birthday, so we came to our favorite place to get breakfast! I asked one of the workers do they do anything for birthdays. A rude worker told me “we need her date of birth on the app…otherwise there is NOTHING WE CAN DO.” She said it as if I was wasting her time. I then asked to speak to a manager, and lo and behold, the man’s her is the same women who rudely hurt my daughters feelings on her birthday. Go figure. Now, I will not come back to this location. I was not expecting butterflies and balloons, but a simple “Happy Birthday” would have sufficed instead of being blown off. Peace!

Warning for anyone visiting this location (Baseline and Ellsworth, store number 6756). The iced mint green tea isn't the usual at other locations. There is some sort-of fruity-tasting contaminant in it that resulted in myself and two family members having an allergic reaction. The store staff became instantly defensive upon asking why the taste was different.

Ordered a drink online. They made it wrong when I asked them to make it right. They remade it and again remade it wrong and it's not like the order was cut super customized. It was a basic frzn tropical citrus energy blast! And first time it was just crushed ice on top like a lemonade. The second time it was blended ice with puree no juice very disappointed
