Came in Saturday morning for a grande iced Carmel macciato. Gentleman with the blondish hair made my drink perfect 👌 most other locations can't get it right. Thank you

Early morning Karen is incredible! I went to another location that was consistently making bad drinks. Took a chance here and Karen fixes me up right every day. Customer service is top notch. Haven’t had a messed up order since. I know it’s just. Offer, but I will be giving her a Christmas gift 🤣

This is one of the best Starbucks they never run out of anything and always have last season things longer than the average and they’re always super quick!

Barista Jade was a breath of fresh air whose demeanor made a tough day a little brighter. She had great recommendations and was very personable

Third time this week poor service. Amanda shift leader has the worst customer service. She has no smile, no interaction with customers. When I say thank you or have a great day she gives a dead stare lol. If you don’t like your job quit!!!!

Absolutely amazed by the work ethic of these starbucks workers. I've been coming here for years and have never once been let down. Today was especially satisfactory as a worker named Tyler made my drink and it was the best its ever tasted. I can't wait to come back. Keep up the great work

Over $6.00 for a peppermint mocha and only filled 3/4 full! Works out to over a $1.00 a sip !

I don’t know if it’s that they are understaffed or need additional training, but there is a big difference in a light splash of cream and what I continue to experience from them. I do not want to drink coffee that looks and tastes like cream. I Want coffee with a light splash and they continue to struggle with that. I do not understand why it’s so hard, but this will be the last time I come to this store.
