you make customized mobile orders through the app and pay more for the extra or added ingredients which is fine (as long as they actually put those extras in the drinks). 80% of the time, the customized drinks come out normal without the "added and paid for" ingredients. This team needs to pay more attention to the details of the customized orders coming through the mobile app. Very disappointed I've wasted so much money on customized drinks to only get normal non customized ones instead.

This is THEE only Starbucks that I visit where I don't want to visit anymore. Here's the laundry list of issues: 1) Get disrespected by employees bc I used the mobile app & didn't give them 5 mins (when I gave them more than 6 mins) 2) Getting my order wrong, never fails. Then I have to find another location to fix their blunder. 3) When I ask for an extra 10 secs on croissants or 30secs for egg bites, they seem to burn it to a hard disc that is inedible, aka hard as a rock that would damage your windshield. 4) Getting attitude when asking for a glass of ice when I ordered coffee without ice. For the record, I use the ice for my water tumbler and the rest to crunch on to stay awake for the drive home. 5) The employees seem very unhappy with their job, aka the managers are not supporting and leading by example, aka underpaid and overworked, aka the shit rolls downhill. When in reality, the managers should take accountability for how poorly their employees are and either fix the situation or step down as managers. As people don't leave companies, they leave bc of management! Just saying that if employees are unhappy, it's a management issue. 6) I don't like to have things shoved down my throat, including personal beliefs, religion, sexual orientation/identification, and politics. This place will definitely do that, even when you specifically state that you don't talk about that. So, if you want rude, disrespectful, mismanaged employees who are overworked and underpaid. Then this is your place. But, honestly, I will travel miles out of the way just to get better service, order done correctly, and wonderful employees who actually like working for Starbucks.

It was overpriced and incorrect. I've been to this location 3 times because someone likes this place more than me. Every time I do, my order is wrong, but I can't tell until tasted, and I'm gone by then.

They were great while I was waiting on my baby at the Vet. Drew my pitty loved her Sausage breakfast sandwich when I picked her up. ❤️
Sadly this Starbucks has been missing indoor seating for sometime. It does make it hard form normal seating even when they are not busy and then it seemed Some interviews were going on so that left an elderly gentleman standing next to his wife We cut our meeting short so he could have our chairs. We asked about the gold card refills and the associate was quite short with my friend and we were planning to get iced teas to go but decided we would pick up tea in another drive thru. Starbucks you can do better.
Parking: Parking was a pain because of people Lined up in the drive-thru. Glad it was not busy or we might have still been waiting to park

I order here every week as I work right by here. I ordered the pecan crunch iced coffee with pecan crunch topping no topping. Today I ordered mushroom kale eggs bites. I even checked my to make sure it was right and the bag even says mushroom kill egg bites and I got bell pepper which I do not like bell pepper. Very disappointed as I've been there twice this week and they messed up both my orders both days.
