Love it here , Lorenzo at the drive thru was amazing. He talked with me the whole time my drinks were being made. He didn’t just close the window and walk away like most drive thrus. That’s great customer service and I will be back because of that! Thank you

There's 2 people in the store and they dont call my name when my drink is ready so im sitting there for 10 minutes thinking they are busy and then they call someone else's name and I walk over and see my drink has been sitting there.. girl what?

Had me trapped in their barriers for 10 minutes with 3 people in front of me and no movement. After movement another ten, Saturday morning and 1044. Just wanted some drinks. They definitely dont have enough staff to keep this parking lot clear.
I did feel like the drive-thru line took a while, however I realized I'm just impatient. Lily did a great job. Drinks were made right. I still think Starbucks is ridiculously overpriced, but can't beat the pumpkin spice latte.

They are horrible with timing. They would say that order would be ready in 13 and it took them over 30 minutes to complete 2 drinks
