I did feel like the drive-thru line took a while, however I realized I'm just impatient. Lily did a great job. Drinks were made right. I still think Starbucks is ridiculously overpriced, but can't beat the pumpkin spice latte.

This place is terrible. On multiple occasions I’ve made an online order and its never ready. Today I ordered at 5:35 am.It was marked ready at 5:45. I walked in none of my order was ready. I even had to tell the workers my name to get it ready. Mind you the drive thru was empty and maybe one person in the store.The girl made my drink once I mentioned my name.I then had to ask about my food. It’s now 5:55 and I’m barely getting my items. When i asked why do you guys mark it finished if its not even started the girl replied “I never got a sticker for it” well somebody did. I shouldn’t have to ask for my order twice. I order ahead to allow me time to have my order ready and not run late. Unfortunately this is not the case at this location.I will not be returning.

Everyday I come to this Starbucks because it is right next to my job banner. Most days they do amazing however, the young lady at the window today I noticed had a very difficult time I was in the line for 25+ mins and nobody came to help the young lady she was placing orders and making her orders. That’ was strange because they usually have drinks ready at the window ready for the two hand exchange. Please remind the employees that team work is a big reward for the business and the new employees.

Mobile order asked for “light ice” got it full of ice. Coffee was also not filled to the top lots of space to add more ice if they want. I might just came back because of the smile drawing face on my coffee cup 😑

Terrible location, their drive thru is always incredibly slow even when they’re not too busy, and every barista that has taken my order sounds so miserable. One of the last interactions I had, the barista called me sir at the window. I have long eyelashes, hair, and nails, but sure makes sense. Im sure the barista was heavily on autopilot mode.

Ive worked in coffee for years, and even on my bad days Im nice to everyone I interact with. Your baristas need to stop being so sad its such a buzzkill.

I used to walk in all the time. However, I found drive through gets their order faster.
Now, I use the drive-through. But, when I go in, the baristas are always courteous, cheerful, and professional.
