⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Every time I visit this location, Kallie makes the experience exceptional. She remembers my order, always has my iced coffee ready with a side of heavy cream, and greets me with a smile. She’s welcoming, friendly, and truly great to chat with. She represents Starbucks in the best possible way.

Thank you so much, Kallie....you’re the best! ☕️

The amount of money I have wasted at this location is crazy. You would think the same drink ordered everyday would taste the same everyday. It doesn’t. Today the sticker wasn’t read and instead of 2 pumps, they put in the full amount and it’s like drinking pure sugar. They shouldn’t allow customizations if they aren’t going to make the drinks accordingly. If I say something, I get treated like a Karen. I keep having hope because my coffee is so good 50% of time but I’m over having to dump full drinks in the trash.

We have been regular customers at this Starbucks for over six years. Until recently, it was a place we genuinely enjoyed—friendly staff, gracious service, and a welcoming environment that made starting the day pleasant. Unfortunately, since the arrival of the current manager, Kelly, the atmosphere and service have noticeably declined.
This is the second incident in a two-month period in which I was verbally confronted by Kelly in a manner that was aggressive, unprofessional, and entirely inappropriate. On numerous occasions, I have witnessed her being loudly disruptive, interjecting herself into customer conversations where she was neither invited nor needed. Her demeanor creates discomfort rather than hospitality. It is also hard not to notice that many longtime regulars who once spent time here throughout the day are no longer present.
Additionally, since her arrival, this location has experienced an unusual number of arbitrary closures—sometimes fully closed, other times drive-through only—often without clear notice. This has further diminished reliability and trust in this location.
To be clear, I am never demanding or rude when an order is incorrect. Mistakes happen. However, Starbucks beverages are not inexpensive, and customers have a reasonable expectation that drinks will be prepared correctly and in the size ordered.
On this particular visit, a hot drink I order regularly was served watered down with only one strawberry. I quietly brought it to the barista’s attention, and they acknowledged the issue and remade it. When the replacement drink was handed to me, it was only half full.
I did not address this with staff. I said nothing—other than quietly commenting to my husband at our table. Kelly, whom I did not initially recognize, was nearby and chose to interject herself into our private conversation. I immediately asked her to stop and explained that I did not wish to discuss anything with her. Both my husband and I requested she disengage.
She refused. Instead, she escalated the situation, speaking loudly and stating she would not allow us to speak to “my people that way,” a deeply inappropriate and degrading reference to the Starbucks staff. She then demanded that we leave immediately. When I calmly stated that we would leave once we gathered and packed our items (drinks and oatmeal), she stormed off, yelling that she was “taking this to the next level.”
This behavior was hostile, unnecessary, and completely contrary to Starbucks’ values of respect and customer care.
I have been a Starbucks Gold member for approximately 20 years. That longevity speaks to loyalty, not entitlement. The question leadership should be asking is whether the decline in ratings and the loss of longtime regular customers is better attributed to those loyal patrons—or to a manager whose conduct is driving them away.
Until this situation is acknowledged and corrected, we will not return to this Starbucks—or Starbucks in general. Loyalty deserves respect, not intimidation.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks, largely due to the manager’s attitude and explanation that made absolutely no sense. I ordered a hot venti drink and questioned why it appeared noticeably smaller than a cold venti of the same price. The manager confidently stated that hot venti drinks are only about 50% of the size of a cold venti because there’s no ice.

That explanation is absurd. A venti is a venti—customers are paying for the same size and price, not half a drink justified by the absence of ice. Ice shouldn’t be the determining factor in how much product you receive, especially when it’s the store’s standard to offer both hot and cold options at the same size tier.

Instead of acknowledging the concern or offering a reasonable explanation, the manager doubled down with a dismissive attitude, making it clear that customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority. Furthermore, she felt the need to ask us to leave being that we weren’t buying into her rhetoric. This felt misleading at best and dishonest at worst.

I expect transparency and respect when I’m spending my money. Unfortunately, this location failed on both counts. I won’t be returning unless management is retrained on both product knowledge and basic customer service.

Nobody taking orders for the walk in customer. (Felt like McDonalds) 100% focus on drive-thru. I walked out after waiting 5+minutes... 2 ladies ahead of me waiting as well.

Found a great coffee place across the street. My new favorite place!

We walked in an hour before closing with 4 kids and 3 adults looking for cookies and hot chocolate. We then proceeded to spill a hot chocolate all over ourselves and the floor they had just mopped! The workers were so kind and helpful and made us another drink on the house. Thank you!!

This location has really gone down hill in the customer service area in the last 6 months. Employees don't even acknowledge your existence. I've been coming here for years every day on my way to work and it used to be my favorite location. I think it's time to find a new coffee spot on my way to work. Slow service. Even when you order ahead. And when they make your drink wrong and you ask them to fix it they act like it's your fault that they can't read the tag that they put on the cup. I'm over rude lazy terrible customer service from grumpy lazy people.
