Have u ever heard of the night shift?Why on Earth would u close at 5pm. Heck, a second wind is needed to go home and deal with the 2nd half of people's regular day...do better.

Apparently the door dash order wasn't received by starbucks correctly (see pic of order directly from door dash app, did not ask for no ice...) not a big deal, but could have done without the weird note all over the cup.. called starbucks to ask why I got a cup with 1 inch of matcha and water, the girl on the phone must have been the one who wrote the note because she was not very nice. Maybe next time have the door dash driver call the customer, because who would order a frap with no ice, it's not even an option on door dash app!

Hours suck close at 5 its coffee how can you screw it up. The only thing I can't stand and it's most places the person will hold your order till you hand them money like its a hostage lol come on guys. Maybe I need a new coffee spot

Never had a issue until today. They rushed me through the drive through when I was the only car. I got two drinks and they didn’t even make my coffee right. Doesn’t even taste like coffee. Thought Starbucks was better than rushing people with no one else there. Horrible service and bad atmosphere all around at this point.

Listen, I don't like to complain but I have taken the weekend to really think about if I even wanna say anything but... Every drink I got here (4-5 times) has been terrible. My last order was last Thursday and it tasted like rusty water with a splash of rotten milk. I asked them to remake it, tho it tasted a tad better it still smelled so bad ? like rust and rotten milk and I even asked my coworkers if they thought it smelled off and I ended up tossing my skinny vanilla latte because it was undrinkable. Their cold brew is terrible, any drink I got was terrbile. Including just black coffee....their service is terrible... I'm not coming to this location because I honestly think they need some Starbucks training and I'm not gonna keep getting coffee that's pricey just to throw it away....Please send help and train this team because honestly it gives Starbucks and it's coffee a bad name and a terrible taste is left behind.

Drinks were good! I had left over popping pearls and asked them to pour my tea refill into the same cup so I didn’t waste boba or use an extra cup. The balding guy with glasses was very judgmental at this request and loudly voiced his opinion while I was sitting across from the cold bar in the lobby. I could hear him loud and clear ? Did not expect or appreciate the judgement I got from him. Made me feel embarrassed. I will say the gal that took my order was very sweet though and had no issue with my request. Very awkward experience!
