We walked in an hour before closing with 4 kids and 3 adults looking for cookies and hot chocolate. We then proceeded to spill a hot chocolate all over ourselves and the floor they had just mopped! The workers were so kind and helpful and made us another drink on the house. Thank you!!
I came here the other day literally at 6:25 and they close at 6:30 and I felt so bad. But whoever was working this shift thank you guys so much for the amazing service ! They got my drink PERFECT. I asked them to make sure my matcha is more drink than foam (because everywhere I go it’s always more foam than liquid ) and they met my needs with absolutely no doubts in their work or complaints.
