I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I was asked to pull in front to wait for my order—just a caramel Frappuccino and two orders of egg bites. I ended up waiting over six minutes, while at least five cars went through the drive-thru and several walk-in customers got their drinks and left. Meanwhile, I’m still sitting there. This is the third time in about a month I’ve been told to pull forward and wait unnecessarily.

I had ordered a brown sugar shaken expresso with vanilla sweet cold foam and this is how my drink got delivered. First of all where is the cold foam? I don’t pay extra just for the drink not to have it. Second of all, I have ordered this drink so many times and this is not how it’s supposed to look like. The drink was watered down, looks like they just added milk. Baristas & this store location have to do better. We pay for quality and for the drinks to be made correctly. So dissatisfied and disappointed.

Fabulous chai latte by Cupcake! She's the best! Visiting from Canada and was very impressed with the fast service. I asked for extra foam and Cupcake did not disappoint. She took great care making sure it was the perfect temperature I asked for...not too hot, not too cold, just right! Kudos to Cupcake!

There are 2 Starbucks that are closer to my house than this one but I come here instead because the service is unmatched. The staff is so friendly and always starts my day off with positivity and my heavily modified drinks are always made perfectly. The front window staff always have the most upbeat personalities and make you feel valued for being a customer. I would highly recommend this location!

I went through drive thru, the speakers doesn't catch anything and the wait took way too long. I asked for a large caramel iced coffee and got a small black iced coffee i didn't have time to even argue. I always have bad experiences here im done with it

Josh at this location is very rude. He always has an attitude and never is polite when going through drive thru. When I went by today I had to ask for 2 straws and he rolled his eyes at me and made me feel like I was asking for too much. I don’t know whats his deal, since it’s not my first encounter with him through drive thru. Besides the horrible customer service….. My coffee was good:)
