If I could rate this place in the negatives I would. I went to this Starbucks on Friday night around six and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered three drinks, and when the barista handed me one of them, the lid wasn’t secured properly and it came off, spilling all over me and my car seats, which I had just gotten cleaned. When I went inside to calmly explain what happened and ask if something could be done, the staff tried to ignore me and acted like it wasn’t their problem. They eventually gave me a $4 card, even though my drink cost closer to $7–$8, and there was no genuine apology or effort to fix the situation. The attitude from the employees was rude and unprofessional. This was terrible customer service, and I left completely disappointed.

We DoorDashed Starbucks and asked for no whip cream, and for it to be half sweet, but instead of doing what I asked for they put whip cream and made it sweet they also forgot to give me a straw, I do not recommend this Starbucks when trying to DoorDash Starbucks.

This is more of a rant than anything else. What type of restaurant business doesn't allow customers to ask for a water cup without making a purchase?! We live in Arizona, it's currently 113 degrees outside! I didnt want to order coffee just wanted water and to use the bathroom but nope apparently both require a purchase to do so. The cashier told me it was some type of policy that starbucks has. Obviously I wasn't mean to her and she was kind to me but a policy like that is completely ridiculous. Im sure starbucks doesn't care but I'll never go to one again and I'll tell everyone I know to never go to one again.
It's 117° outside I walk in and ask for a cup of water and was told I need to make a purchase first. I come here all the time and now I will never spend another dollar at Starbucks ever again 👌

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I was asked to pull in front to wait for my order—just a caramel Frappuccino and two orders of egg bites. I ended up waiting over six minutes, while at least five cars went through the drive-thru and several walk-in customers got their drinks and left. Meanwhile, I’m still sitting there. This is the third time in about a month I’ve been told to pull forward and wait unnecessarily.
