I had ordered a brown sugar shaken expresso with vanilla sweet cold foam and this is how my drink got delivered. First of all where is the cold foam? I don’t pay extra just for the drink not to have it. Second of all, I have ordered this drink so many times and this is not how it’s supposed to look like. The drink was watered down, looks like they just added milk. Baristas & this store location have to do better. We pay for quality and for the drinks to be made correctly. So dissatisfied and disappointed.

Fabulous chai latte by Cupcake! She's the best! Visiting from Canada and was very impressed with the fast service. I asked for extra foam and Cupcake did not disappoint. She took great care making sure it was the perfect temperature I asked for...not too hot, not too cold, just right! Kudos to Cupcake!

There are 2 Starbucks that are closer to my house than this one but I come here instead because the service is unmatched. The staff is so friendly and always starts my day off with positivity and my heavily modified drinks are always made perfectly. The front window staff always have the most upbeat personalities and make you feel valued for being a customer. I would highly recommend this location!

I went through drive thru, the speakers doesn't catch anything and the wait took way too long. I asked for a large caramel iced coffee and got a small black iced coffee i didn't have time to even argue. I always have bad experiences here im done with it

Josh at this location is very rude. He always has an attitude and never is polite when going through drive thru. When I went by today I had to ask for 2 straws and he rolled his eyes at me and made me feel like I was asking for too much. I don’t know whats his deal, since it’s not my first encounter with him through drive thru. Besides the horrible customer service….. My coffee was good:)

Interesting situation happend about 20 mins ago. We were told by the person taking our order that it was bogo today and we could order anything we wanted and get the second item free. When we pulled up a different lady was taking payment and she said that there was no bogo and acted like we were crazy to even bring it up. We asked if she could honor it since we literally just got offered the bogo when ordering and she said no but we asked to speak to the person taking our order, Sophie. She honored it but we really still have no idea who was right and who was wrong in the situation but it was a mess. This is how I got my impossible breakfast sandwich lol. Guess we really pissed off that other lady. Too bad we didn't take down her name. She could have been a manager, who knows but she really needs to work on her customer service skills. I have provided a pic of the tiny paper attached to the cup that has date/time/register for reference.

I was inspired to write a review for this Starbucks location because I like its atmosphere for working. It's spacious with high ceilings and has a big bench with individual tables and an outlet underneath the bench for each table. The music is usually not too loud.
