Kelly was the most kind, patient and servant hearted barista towards my 4 year old daughter. She gave the best experience I have ever had at any of the dozens of Starbucks I've been to all over the country.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I was asked to pull in front to wait for my order—just a caramel Frappuccino and two orders of egg bites. I ended up waiting over six minutes, while at least five cars went through the drive-thru and several walk-in customers got their drinks and left. Meanwhile, I’m still sitting there. This is the third time in about a month I’ve been told to pull forward and wait unnecessarily.

Fabulous chai latte by Cupcake! She's the best! Visiting from Canada and was very impressed with the fast service. I asked for extra foam and Cupcake did not disappoint. She took great care making sure it was the perfect temperature I asked for...not too hot, not too cold, just right! Kudos to Cupcake!
