Unfortunately the worst Starbucks I have ever consistently purchased from. They decide when they want to close the inside and just do drive through only. Mobile order is not available much of the time even during slow Periods. This Starbucks has gone rogue. The GM should be questioned about their ability to run a successful operation.

All time favorite Starbucks location!! They always make my drink right, they're super nice to me and my kiddos, the store is always clean and they have a cute little take-one-leave-one library.

Spacious cafe, great for working or meeting with a couple friends. Outdoor seating is wonderful too. Staff is either so kind and accommodating, or neutral. I go back to this cafe for the layout and seating available, as well as its location since it's not far from the highway but away enough from traffic.

No one ever greets you, or acknowledges your existence. I go daily, order again in the afternoon. 75% of the time the order ahead is off, or the lobby is closed, or closed all together. I've been a very loyal starbucks purchaser for many years, I travel everywhere and this location is the worst.
When u spend 40+ a day... u should atleast acknowledge people.

I go to this Starbucks almost everyday as its convenient for me to just hop on the freeway right after to go to work. I order the same drink everytime, and everytime my drink is made differently. Im not one for confrontation with stuff like this & ive taken my drink as is plenty of times, but the few times ive told them it does not taste good or its mostly all whipped cream, ive gotten attitude in return sometimes. Theres a couple girls there that i really like and they know my order, but not sure why the drink can either taste amazing or like watered down espresso with absolutely no sweet flavor. The cost of coffee these days is too much to be inconsistent with how its being made... im also a big tipper but why tip for service before you receive it and it doesnt even turn out to be good.

OMG. I've been to a lot of pretentious Starbucks before. But this one is the absolute worst. I have never in my life walked into a business in Arizona in over 100° heat and been declined wateroday that happened. I think it's just because I appear homeless. It's just very brutal and quite presumptuous .and to Uthink I'm actually going to a different Starbucks to deliver a commissioned piece of art that one of their managers 7ô from me. I have no illusions about the way I look. But does it justify turning down water on a hot day.

Butterfly CD

Avoid this location. We ordered matcha latte and drip coffee and it took forever to get our order.. Our order wasn't prepared not until we got by the window after waiting for so many minutes. We got to the window, we were asked if we wanted the matcha latte to be hot or called. Really? We explicitly told the lady who took the order twice... to make sure they know what we wanted. Disorganized, and slow.

Avoid this Starbucks location if you can. They regularly close the café area without warning or explanation, showing little regard for their customers. Today, Sunday, was just another example: at 2 p.m., a staff member calmly let the 11 of us inside know they were closing early and asked us to exit through the north door when we were done. Minutes later, a different employee loudly clapped and rudely shouted at everyone to leave, as if we were loitering, saying “the store is closed so leave like you were told”.

This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior has become typical here. The customer service is inconsistent at best and often downright rude. I’ve had more negative experiences than positive ones, and I won’t be returning to this location again.

The coffee is no better or worse than any other starbucks. I have been coming here occasionally for years, picking up my mobile orders. Not one time have I ever been greeted or thanked. All I get are backs turned while they have their conversations. NOT ONE TIME! I will continue to avoid this location as others know me by name when I come in.

At 10am they still had not set out their food display. If you were a new customer it would have been tough to order. The person who made my coffee doesn't know how to make a flat white (no foam). More staff training or manager training is needed at this location. The restaurant was clean and there was no line.
