Believe it or not it was my first time going there. I'm not a huge coffee person but the guy at the counter picked out the perfect blend for me and the breakfast sandwich was delicious.

Celebrating my daughters bday with her free drink. Our drinks were correct as well as our food orders. My sweet Chihuahua got her pup cup. Drive thru staff was friendly fast and had genuine smiles. I found this to be a nice drive thru experience.

Outside tables it’s too dirty. Nobody doesn’t care for outside to clean table or something. It’s terrible.
I have not stepped foot into a Starbucks in close to a year and I was reminded why. Three people laughing in the office, two people out front looking like they are in a verge of a complete stress breakdown. Barista says..... Welcome in. We'll be right with you all monotoned, disguised, eye roll, like I'm interrupting something, completely anxiety ridden voice. Starbucks is absolutely not focused on customer experience any more and it's so incredibly sad. They lost the whole Green Apron approach and customer interaction to stoop down to profits and a menu that is so clustered. I waited for about 2 minutes and I said forget. I'm done giving my money to these types of corporations.

getting into the drive through was bad enough but then they messed up my order so badly I didn’t even trust them to fix it. After they repeated the correct order back to me it was entered and delivered incorrectly

I usually place my orders online for speed, but I had cash that I wanted to use and that meant interacting with the staff. The last two times I have been in the drive through they have been snippy and inconsiderate. First time they had a new girl on cashier and I ordered the apple chai, she misheard me and put pumpkin down instead. I repeated my order a few times until we got the apple chai figured out.
Well the manager had looked over her shoulder and made me the pumpkin chai on accident. The window was open and the two employees argued over whether or not they would let me have the free chai AS IM SITTING THERE IN MY CAR LISTENING TO THEM.
The second time I went through and ordered the apple chai (it’s so good). Every coffee I order is a venti, and I always start my order with “venti ice chai”. Well I get to the window and it’s the same new girl on training. She collects from me and then hands me a small chai. I mention that it was supposed to be a venti and she apologized and said they would remake it. Well the manager decides to get snippy with me saying “we won’t charge you this time but next time let us know beforehand what size you want”, to which I replied “I DID, I explicitly ordered a venti”. The manager still said “we still need to know beforehand so we won’t charge you THIS TIME”. I was so irritated with her. Let’s just say that maybe I didn’t tell her a venti (which I did), The employee never asked what size, which is not my problem.
Also one time I placed a drive thru order on accident and when u came into the store they were very rude about making sure I pick the right option the next time. Literally every other Starbucks I’ve been to has never hassled me about that.
Overall super disappointing, everyone has a job, just because yours sucks doesn’t mean you get to be a jerk. At my job, if I acted like that to a customer, my manager would’ve straightened me out right then. Shout out to the Starbucks on Power and Baseline, go there instead because they don’t have such a snobby attitude.

I think this location needs to be cancelled or reevaluated. It’s never open or just the drive through is and it’s always so disappointing. Do better Starbucks!

This place is super busy and yet they don’t even seem busy. This store is really well put the girl Ariana took my order and I felt bad because I made it difficult and complicated I was indecisive and I my mind was fogged yet she handle it perfectly I’ve been stressed with other things and yet she made me at ease. I definitely will be coming back here. ?

This Starbucks constantly has staffing issues. They close the lobby and slap a “sorry our lobby is closed due to staffing - Crismon crew” why is this happening so often ? Maybe get the district manager down there for a day.

I want to give Gabby a shout-out! I want to thank her for making my day! I walked in, getting ready to study, and I realized that it was too late and that I wasn’t fully prepared to order. Gabby completely turned that around, and I feel welcomed. It helped me save so much time! I know that the Southern location isn’t her permanent spot. Still, she made me feel less stressed and helped me relax about time and focus on what truly matters, which is getting geared up to study. Thank you, Gabby!

We went to Starbucks at 2:50 in the Drive thru and the sign says they were closed at 3:00. No cone in the lane. We got up to the window at 2:55 and the girl said they were closed. I said it is not 3:00? She says sorry. I will not go back to this location. 2 days we went there and walked up there was a sign drive- thru only. Very poor management. No staffing.
