This is one of the newest locations I'm familiar with, and with that said, it's so exciting as they are walking distance from the hospital, (my job)! The atmosphere is always so calm and fresh and the staff are always so chipper and friendly. As for the food and drinks .. they are always prepped quickly and never fails to excite with that first sip!

I went to this store and found that you could not get a coffee in person unless you downloaded and ordered a drink on their app. I will not go to this location anymore because it’s a hassle to get a coffee. Management needs to oversee and get more staff to service customers. Poor business model.

The baristas here are the best. Shoutout to the early morning Thursday/Friday crew. I order from my home about 5 minutes away, and my order is always ready by the time I get there.

This Starbucks was awesome! Yes there was a little bit of a wait for my coffee but they were so busy. Their team worked so well together and never stopped moving. They had great communication with the customers that their drinks/food was being prepared. They smiled the whole time. The staff was so encouraging to eat other, "Great Job, You're killing it this morning, Way to rock the drive thru time" It was good to see happiness. I have found my new favorite Starbucks!!

Go to a different starbucks. Employee couldn't hear me in the drive thru and was very rude about it. Then when I got to the window she let my drink sit there and ignored me getting other orders ready. The drink was made bad, it was mostly just milk. Hopefully it wasn't intentionally made bad. I won't be returning to this location.

Huge shout out to Jessa for making me feel welcome! She was in the middle of a conversation with a colleague and as soon as she seen me before I even made it to the counter she stopped her conversation and welcomed me with a huge smile. She just may need a raise because you don’t see that kind of service anymore, she got my drink out super fast and was very warm and friendly! Keep it up Jessa!

Been coming here for years to write and study. But now they close the bathrooms at 5pm even though they are open until 8pm. No more writing dates here! Guess Coffee Rush will get my money.
I went this Friday service bad, dirty tables. Employees dressed sloppy. Don't think had a Manger on site. Not going back. Was not busy totally understand why it wasn't!

Mobile order placed and it’s ready and sitting there first off didn’t acknowledge me at the window waited 10 min before I actually waved my hand to her acknowledge and she gave me a shake in her head and was like I’m trying to do the drive thru all by myself im like ok i understand it’s mobile order and it’s ready buf the cashier can’t multitask apparently she has everyone drive thru order just sitting there so the barista takes time off of what she’s doing to give me my coffee but yet the cashier couldn’t do it.. I have never had this experience at any busy Starbucks they are are always courteous and they acknowledge you to let you know atleast we will be right with you.. and that right there was the least she could have done acknowledged the customer and that takes you a long way. Wish I could have grabbed her name.

This store always over prioritizes their drive-thru. I always place my order for carry-out 5-10 min before arriving so I don’t have to wait in the drive through line. My drink took 16 min to make today (7:12-7:28). The drive-thru had all the cars go through it after I arrived and a few extra. My danish was ready when I arrived but was cold by the time my drink was ready.
