$7 for 2 ounces. I ordered an iced espresso. It was 80% ice and about 2 sips of espresso. Terrible value. And it was so watered down, the quality was not good either.
Service was great, but quality and value were awful.

Carrie-Anne: I'll take a hot coffee with whole milk... and if I order it in a mug, I get a refill, right?

Barista: Theoretically, yes.

Carrie-Anne: Alright, how much?

Barista: $2.86.

(Carrie-Anne hands him the money. Exact change.)

Barista: Thank you. We'll have it out in a minute... or so.

(Carrie-Anne heads away from the cash register over to the syrup area between the cash register and the east door. Her phone rings, and she picks it up)

Carrie-Anne: I'm in.

(She is pushed by an unseen force north through the right window in the second set across the parking lot toward McDonald's in an identical manner to the opening scene from The Matrix: Reloaded in slow motion and collides with the McDonald's drive thru window. She gets up.)

McDonald's drive thru guy: Hi, welcome to McDonald's. Would you like something to eat or a coffee?

Carrie-Anne: No, thanks, I just ordered a coffee at Starbucks.

(She walks back, re-enters Starbucks, grabs her coffee and drinks it quickly)

Carrie-Anne: I'll take the refill now.

For starters they never asked what drink size I wanted when I got to the window I asked for a venti . After I got my drink they decided to fill the bottom w whip cream and dump the rest of the drink on top

Got my order wrong then their card machine doesn’t work then the chick has the nerve to tell me the car behind me was awaiting too long
Like it’s my fault they couldn’t make my drink right listen to the order right and make their card machine work

I stopped by Starbucks today because I was meeting a friend there. I went in and asked the lady for the code to the restroom and the first thing that comes out of her mouth is, are you going to purchase anything, she stated that twice with a firm look on her face. How rude.The worker refused to let me go to the bathroom until I told her I was going to purchase something. I immediately told the manager.

everybody receives their order before you do when you do a mobile order. And once you receive your coffee it is cold after waiting for more than 15 minutes for your coffee. And they weren't even busy they just forgot about your order. What made me so angry is that they were just joking around and talking while I was waiting
