I stopped by Starbucks today because I was meeting a friend there. I went in and asked the lady for the code to the restroom and the first thing that comes out of her mouth is, are you going to purchase anything, she stated that twice with a firm look on her face. How rude.The worker refused to let me go to the bathroom until I told her I was going to purchase something. I immediately told the manager.

everybody receives their order before you do when you do a mobile order. And once you receive your coffee it is cold after waiting for more than 15 minutes for your coffee. And they weren't even busy they just forgot about your order. What made me so angry is that they were just joking around and talking while I was waiting

Drive thru was very slow. When I got my coffee the cup was only about 3/4 of the way full and that is being generous. I won't be stopping at this location again.

I like this one. it's clean, I have never had an issue with my orders (typically I just order from the menu nothing custom) and the staff are friendly. The decor is modern/industrial sort of.

Dine in was closed when I only needed to pick up order. Yet nothing stated online or on store hours. Brought it up to staff was told we don't have to state it. Pretty unprofessional as a company when it's not hard to add it online that dine in closes at 5

Starbucks has smooth operations, with strong leadership and well-defined teams for front and drive-through. However, service gets backed up during busy times. A flexible team member who can swing between both areas could improve efficiency. Overall, a great experience with room for small adjustments.

If you're used to Starbucks being an internet type cafe, don't come here. While there is internet, there are no outlets to plug your laptop into. The couple I found were purposely covered by plates. So while there does seem to be a couple of cushy seats this isn't a place where you can do work that may take a while whether that be remote work or school work.
