This location really needs to be trained on the refill policy and customer service. The employee was exasperated and sat tapping her sharpie on the counter after she asked what she could do for me. She was also upset that I asked for the bathroom code while I ordered. I specifically sat in store, ordered a qualifying drink (a black tea) for in the store and still was going to be charged for my refill. When I realized I was not going to receive my free refill, I asked for a water instead and did not receive the water in the 20 extra minutes I waited. It seems like I am not the only customer who has had this problem in the last month. This was quite possibly the worst experience at a Starbucks I have had. I will go back to my regular location at Ironwood and Ocotillo where they are respectful and actually helpful to the customer they are serving.
Came in for iced quad espresso! It was perfect! The cashier may have been training .. she was sweet and made sure I got my cream!!
Don't be so cruel, I finished it in one gulp. They filled it with ice.
Great Starbucks!
The lady at the window had an attitude morning. When asked if the drink i specifically asked to have whip cream on it, didn’t I asked where the whip cream. She said in order for me to put whipped cream on it. I have to dump some of your drink out. I said Leavitt she huffed and puffed, snatched the drink, dumped some of it out, put whipped cream on it, and then handed it back to me. there’s no need for an attitude at all. I specifically ordered the drink before I even got up to you. It’s not my fault. You couldn’t read the directions correctly. Second you’re in customer service not saying that you owe me anything but it’s still nice to be treated good. Not made to make anyone feel bad or give them an attitude because they ordered something a specific way. If you can’t handle these tedious things in your job, I suggest you find a new job
Barista Emily, the misinformed, refused to honor the refill policy. Had to contact customer support who told me she was in the wrong. I showed her the chat between official customer support on starbucks.com and she still refused to honor it. She is misinformed or just being discriminatory on purpose! Do not recommended this location. Avoid their terrible customer service. Contacted the district manager, awaiting a return call back to see if he will remedy my terrible experience here. Will revise my review with an update if he does.
Soo slow. In the drive thru for over 15 mins. Only 1 other car front of us. And still are drinks are not made after being at the window for 10 of those mins. At least 3 people working.
Lilly was so amazing! We were those people at 8:15pm on a Friday when they close at 8:30pm but she was still kind personable and offered some AMAZING recommendations. I decided to try one and she even offered to remake a new drink if I didn’t like it I let her know I didn’t want to do that to them so close to closing and she insisted if it didn’t come out to my liking but sure as heck her recommendation was top tier! We came to the window and Tatiana was just as kind and personable! I will go out of my way to come to this Starbucks from now on!

Brandi did a awesome job getting me my order. Other stores have difficulty in getting it right sometimes but she knocked it out of the park.

There is a reason this place has no lines. I asked for light ice it was full of ice and fruit. 3 drinks and gone. Go back for the first time in my life to ask for light ice drink and red head says no after they already said yes. Girl keep running that location down to the ground. Do you. Never going back. Swig is better. And getting my money back since didn't get what I paid for.**update** I went back since didn't have time to travel to another location and I was right the first time. Worst location across states. They must have another ingredient list. I order same thing every day. Never been so much juice. Then asked since not screen if right and she said oh you want paradise drink not refresher. I am like yes while thinking refresher never came out my mouth. Pineapple paradise 3/4 coconut milk has never looked or tasted so bad.$7 for pineapple juice and water. I learned my lesson not ask for a remake. Red head probably says no because getting ask all day long. Why is this location so much worse then the 100s across the U.S?

Ordered ahead for a coffee at 620 am gave plenty of time for it to be ready at the walk-up. Walked in, No body greeted me when I walked in. Stood there for about 10 minutes, staring at what looked like my coffee sitting in the drive thru. Finally I asked it if was mine, it was.
So irritating
