Writing this review because this wasn't the first time I've encountered a rude employee. Today I went through the drive through (7:20pm) to purchase a gift card. I didn't know that wasn't a thing to do (or so that's what the barista made it seem like). I have 3 kids and I'm pregnant , there was nobody in line at the drive thru so I didn't think they would mind. I saw the employees on their phones so it's not like they were busy inside either. I asked her if they had Halloween cards because like I said, I have never purchased Starbucks gift cards before and she rudely replied that I could go inside and check because she could not "read my mind"!!!! Won't ever go to this Starbucks again, will defend drive an extra 2 minutes to go to the one on Baseline. Starbucks is usually not my top choice so going there and getting good coffee but nasty service is definitely not worth it.

My coffee was perfect today. Got a pumpkin cream cold brew and it slaps. Only gripe about this location is they have the drive through ordering facing the open road so all that loud arse traffic forces you to really have to speak up or you will have to repeat your order several times.

Super unfriendly staff the drink wasn’t even full it was mainly ice. Just the whole experience at the location was terrible.
This is my go to location because its so convenient to me. Drinks are always made right and taste good.There was another location that I used to frequent and the drinks would always taste different, sometimes good and sometimes it would be way off.Service is great as I have never had a bad interaction with any of the employees. The drive thru is always busy but it tends to move pretty fast. My go to drink at the moment: Pumpkin spice latte with soymilk, whip cream, extra ice, and cinnamon sprinkles on top.

This location has ridiculous wait times. I went into the store because the drive-thru was too long and I ordered one single drink. It took 20 to 25 minutes for the staff to make me wonder drink and it seemed like they were only focused on the orders that were coming in through the drive-thru.
