I would have to agree with some of the other local guides, this location has become a bit stuffy. Up to and including the requirement of one person per chair. In my case, it was a simple playful opportunity with the prettiest girl in the East Valley to sneak in a quick kiss before a full hard day's work. Apparently the Asst Mgr doesn't like an amazing love story. I will continue to frequent Kissy Korner but now that I understand the stringent hands off policies, it may be a drive thru situation.

Went there this morning to try the new Dubai Chocolate Matcha, walked out with a chocolate Mocha instead - honestly no big deal honest mistake for whoever made it. Then waited 10+ minutes for the Matcha to be remade only for it to have all the syrup just sat in a puddle at the bottom of the drink. Really not impressed today. Starbucks employees need to realize that for some people this little $7 drink can be a hefty price to pay for a “once-in-a-while” treat, and should care about the quality of drink they are then producing. Do better.

This Starbucks is the best! Catherine was a lovely staff member who made my day. Every time I visit the staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

i’ve been going to this location for years when they first opened it was great. It’s sad to see the quality of their drinks slowly diminishing. They have become super inconsistent one morning I'll go in the drink is amazing the next morning the same drink taste disgusting. Yeah I know you can go and ask them to remake it, but I usually order online and pick up through the drive-through by the time I’m gone it’s not practical to go back and ask them to remake it. Most of the time they don't even make them full. For what we pay for drinks nowadays I expect so much better.

Had a pretty unpleasant experience which makes me sad because normally they aren’t that bad. The workers didn’t even acknowledge me today as they were talking with some man who had already ordered lol I waited to even be acknowledged (which never happened) and then just left because the workers seemed too interested in their convo with this man. I understand being friendly to regulars, or whatever this convo was, but they just kept talking like I wasn’t even there. I’ll probably go to other locations from now on honestly.

This specific locations management (shift manager/assistant or store manager) does not care about friendly customer service. They treat their customers and their baristas like idiots. The way they speak to both staff and customers is condescending and not welcoming. If I didn’t have a gift card to use today, I would have taken my money elsewhere. Instead I was rudely informed of how I need to order a beverage that is no longer on the menu because the baristas won’t know what I am talking about. There is a nice way of communicating that the information we once knew to be true has now changed without an attitude—or simply listen to what we are hoping to get and make the drink without giving a lecture to the customer.

I have been a loyal customer to Starbuck’s for +20years. Last week I needed to send a few emails before going home and stopped in the Signal Butte and Warner store where I have been a Customer for +5years; I had gotten coffee in the early AM that day and my wife got coffee later in the day. I was approached by Reesa who proceeded to tell me with a smile on her face that Starbuck’s policy is if you don’t make a purchase, you are not welcome in the lobby area. I was asked to leave. Reesa was a real turd! I have not been to Starbuck’s since and have enjoyed coffee at home. Reesa, thank you for your unprofessional and pompous nature… I am saving a lot of money and enjoying a much better cup of coffee.
