I have been a loyal customer to Starbuck’s for +20years. Last week I needed to send a few emails before going home and stopped in the Signal Butte and Warner store where I have been a Customer for +5years; I had gotten coffee in the early AM that day and my wife got coffee later in the day. I was approached by Reesa who proceeded to tell me with a smile on her face that Starbuck’s policy is if you don’t make a purchase, you are not welcome in the lobby area. I was asked to leave. Reesa was a real turd! I have not been to Starbuck’s since and have enjoyed coffee at home. Reesa, thank you for your unprofessional and pompous nature… I am saving a lot of money and enjoying a much better cup of coffee.

Drive thru barista today was so rude! Like hello the app says to just drive up to the window! She didn’t even let me say that to her! Never coming here again!

It is same on the ladies that were working today morning at this place. How much does pup cup values and for the customer who comes in everyday day and you know that he spend quite some money.

Now a days customer is service is the great thing in this competitive market and every company spends lots of money on marketing and getting some business in and employees like this ladies doing this to the regular customers that really hurts.

Me and my company spends tons on money on Starbucks and they just say no for small pup cup?

Today is my birthday and I was having coffee at home wife suggested why don’t you treat our cute boy and I took him for ride and this what happened.

They were mean rude and ask me to get out from the line, even when I said that don’t you guys know me and my Dog, we don’t know and don’t care but our store policy is you have to buy something to get pup cup.

When did Starbucks lowered their value so down.

I thought it is well reputed band and now they are acting so cheap…

I went to the other store and did it happily

Aggressive and Unprofessional Behavior—Was I Just Punked lol?

I have never written anything but a 5-star review because I like to focus on good energy, but my experience today at this Starbucks was so upsetting—and frankly bizarre—that I feel compelled to share my experience. Truthfully, I don't even know where to begin.

About 30 minutes after purchasing my hot mocha, I was quietly working at a table when the barista who made my drink earlier came over to my table. For context, I’d asked her earlier if she could make a drink hotter, and she told me it wasn’t possible. I said, “That’s nonsense, I’ve had it done before,” but when she insisted, I just let it go and ordered something else. No big deal—or so I thought.

So a half-hour later, she - the barista - showed up at my table, I looked up and said, “Yes?” She then told me she had consulted the store manager and confirmed that it’s in their manual: drinks cannot be made hotter. Honestly, I couldn’t believe this was still a topic of discussion, it was absurd, especially since it was a half-hour ago and I really didn’t care at this point. I told her, “Okay, I really don’t care, and I have no interest in pursuing this conversation—please leave me alone. I’m trying to get work done.”

But instead of leaving it there, she went to get another woman. Who she was, a fellow barista, assistant manager I don't know. Moments later, this other woman approached my table — now the two of them were standing in front of me. Before either could say anything, I repeated, “Please leave me alone. I don’t want to discuss this it's a non-issue for me.” She looked at me appalled as if I'd just stuck a squirl in a wood chipper. Then she shook her head and replied that she’d have to get the store manager.

I felt like I was taking crazy pills. All I could think was the store manager? I just want to get my work done. And then it happened: the store manager - Rema - who had clearly been standing by waiting for her cue, swooped in like this was some kind of carefully orchestrated intervention. She immediately launched into an aggressive, and confrontational exchange.

At that point, I couldn’t help but ask, “Why are you doing this? What type of person needs to be right?” I told her politely—multiple times—that I had no interest in revisiting this ridiculous topic. But she refused to stop, becoming more hostile with each passing moment. Once again I said "just stop." She stood there in front of me with her mouth gaping open and I could see the rage in her eyes: she was just dying to keep going. I looked at her and said "stop please!" It was a compulsion where she couldn't help herself and she just laid in again. After my fourth request for her to stop, I raised my voice slightly, hoping she’d finally get the hint. Instead, she escalated the situation further by asking me to leave the store. Can you believe it? She asked me to leave.

Her behavior was shocking—appalling, insulting, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, all of this happened in front of several customers and employees, which made the experience feel all the more distasteful and absurd. I have never encountered such hostility from Starbucks employees, let alone a store manager.

I travel for a living, do a lot of work in Starbucks locations, and generally enjoy their customer-first environment. But this experience was so surreal that I’m still sitting here wondering if I secretly got punked or was on some kind of hidden camera show. If not, Starbucks needs to address this kind of behavior immediately. No customer should have to deal with something like this, EVER!!!

This incident has shattered my trust in this location. I hope Starbucks takes this feedback seriously and ensures that no other customer has to endure this kind of treatment.

They keep shorting me on my hot drinks. They are not filling the cup up like they should. This is the 4th time it has happened.

The first bad review I have ver had or wanted to write.
I recently visited this Starbucks location and was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered two teas and patiently waited for over 20 minutes. After that time, I decided to check on my order, only to find out I was four orders behind. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order as I was running late for an event.

What struck me was the reaction from the staff. Instead of understanding my situation, they gave me dirty looks. When I approached the cashier to cancel, she asked for my order details and then questioned what time I had ordered. I mentioned it had been 20 minutes, and her response was, “that’s not helpful.”

This left me feeling frustrated. It seems unreasonable to expect customers to know how they track orders or to log the exact time of their orders. I remained calm and polite throughout the entire process, yet the staff's rudeness was unwarranted.

I completely understand that places can get busy, but after waiting so long, I expected a bit more empathy. Regrettably, I won’t be returning to this location again.

I used to go to Starbucks nearly every day, But a month ago I read about the new CEO they hired and the offensive pay package they granted him – $120 million, live/work remotely and use the corporate jet to fly up to the office in Seattle occasionally. this is a company that sells coffee to working people. Let’s not support this elite fraternity of the one percent. There must be 120 million other places to buy a coffee in the morning, and 120 million reasons to do so.

Our favorite part of the weekend is stopping at this store and getting our coffee and chai. We have gone through various generations of their employees and each generation learns our name and makes us feel valued as regulars.

Shea had extreme attitude at the drive thru this morning. My app didn’t update my amount on my gold card (which I’ve held since 2010 when they first came out with the program) so I asked her to use stars. She proceeded with disgust to lecture me about how I am supposed to tell her before she scans my card if I wanted to use stars. She should be in the back until she can learn to speak to customers with respect as we did when we pulled up.

I recently stopped by Starbucks for a quick breakfast through the drive-thru. I decided to try a few items apart from their summer menu as I have already tried few of them before.

I opted for egg whites with roasted bell peppers, as I prefer them over whole eggs for a lighter start to my day. I also got my usual cafe latte which never disappoints. Their coffee is consistently strong and flavorful, just how I like it.

The service was efficient and the staff were friendly despite the drive-thru being quite busy. The only minor drawback was that the wait was a bit longer than expected, but the quality of the food made up for it. I picked up my order and headed straight home to have a relaxed breakfast.

All in all, Starbucks delivered a satisfying breakfast experience. I'll definitely keep returning for their seasonal menu and reliable coffee.

I come here every so often for coffee on Sundays. The baristas are always very nice, and the coffee is good. However, I did notice that the supervisor Cat always seems a little frantic. As a former barista myself, I can imagine how the baristas might feel working under her.

Everything you would expect from a Starbucks without care, speed or accuracy. Sit down and wait…you’ll be here awhile.
