Apparently the bar is pretty low in the east Mesa area when Starbucks hires guys that look like hobos that are on one. What doesn't help is screwing up my drink, then having a garbage attitude, contradicting his own words and enforcing feelings (not policies) on top of the aesthetic.

I just wanted to make everyone aware of a theft attempt that occured this morning.
At 6:54am I parked in the front spot of the store to pick up my mobile drink order. As I got out of my car to go inside 2 drug addicted looking men walked outside abruptly & started walking outside. I got a weird feeling. When I walked outside they were both looking on the floor like they lost something.
I have a dash cam & decided to review the footage. On my dash cam footage you can see one of them walk up to my car door then you can hear a sound as of they tried to open the car door where my purse was.
LOCK YOUR DOORS NO MATTER HOW FAST YOU ARE GOING TO BE IN AND OUT.
If I didn't they most certainly would have stole my purse. I will try to post a video on here if I can.
I gave them 5 stars still cause the staff is always friendly and accurate. It's not their fault tweakers exist. They can only do so much.

New, clean, I like Starbucks, buts it's highly overpriced coffee. If they lowered there prices I would visit them more l .....$9 for a cup of coffee that costs them about .25 cents to make . Yeah no I'm not doing that hardly ever.. really only go here if a friend's suggests we meet there or something like that because $9 for 1 cup of mediocre coffee with cream is just a poor decision in my opinion. I can wait till I get home and I enjoy my .25 cent cup of coffee much more knowing I was not stupid in spending $9 on the 25 cents worth of coffee. Lol

I always get a bacon Gouda and a iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso and they are always extremely quick with my order and it’s always correct

Why take the cones away from the drive-thru like you're open and turn All the lights on even the menu and then when I pull up to the menu you don't say anything. I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for you guys and you did absolutely nothing didn't even tell me that you guys weren't open yet just let me sit there.

I love Starbuck's! Great sandwiches and drinks; a hot latte to get your day going or an ice cold frap on the hot days. Don't forget their ice water! It tastes so refreshing on these 110° F days! They have a great selection of breads/cakes, and they are always so fresh. Get the ap and save LOTS of money and get free items, too! They have had quite a few offers recently for reduced price drinks. I highly recommend them. Their servers are always so polite and friendly.
Parking: Lots of parking available at this location.

The staff is so nice and cheerful in the morning. Fast service and always a right way to start the morning, and this is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. If you want a good way to start your commute, I recommend it starts here first. Have a wonderful day ahead of you all.

This Starbucks is very nice! Staff is all very friendly and my drink tasted great. The environment was easy to work at. Sometimes the music is way too loud at different locations, but this store had it lower which allowed me to sit in meetings and be able to hear! Would definitely come back and work here again.
