I am pretty disappointed with my coffee this morning. I don't think the barista even read my order. Too much peppermint, foam, and regular milk was used.

After a rather unpleasant experience at Costco, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received at the drive-through. A young lady working there stood out with her friendly and professional demeanor, which was refreshing, especially in today's fast-paced environment where such kindness can be hard to come by, even at places like Starbucks.
During my brief interaction, we engaged in a nice conversation about where I’m from and what brought me to the area. It was a genuine exchange that made my visit feel more personal and welcoming, something I truly appreciated.
As for the coffee, it was great—exactly what I needed to lift my spirits after my earlier experience. Given this positive encounter, I would definitely recommend this location, especially for those like me who tend to avoid Starbucks. It’s nice to find a spot where the service is warm and the coffee is good. Thank you to the staff for making my visit worthwhile!

Exceptional Service and Personal Touch at the Sossaman Location I am writing this review to highlight the absolutely outstanding service provided by the team at the Starbucks on Sossaman. I consider myself lucky to have this location in my neighborhood, primarily because of the dedicated and attentive staff.
Specifically, Amaris, Matthew, Tristan, and Jordan consistently go above and beyond. They take genuine pride in their work and ensure every coffee is crafted to excellence.
I recently had an issue where my coffee just wasn’t right. The team immediately took responsibility and worked to correct the drink until it was absolutely perfect. This is the definition of excellent customer service and problem resolution. Beyond making great beverages, they truly care about their customers. They often inquire about my day, and Amaris, in particular, recently recalled details about me being in school and having an interview—those are the details that matter! Hats off to Starbucks for employing folks like Amaris, Matthew, Tristan, and Jordan. Their dedication to quality and customer connection is a job well done. Thank you for making my neighborhood Starbucks the best one around.

Don’t come here if you’re on a lunch break. I watched 4 customers who ordered after me get their drinks first. And this wasn’t the first time. 10 minutes for a coffee with cream is wild and I had to walk back up and ask where my drink was.

This is the second time i have visited here. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and friendly, and if a certain drink is not available, they have suggestions lined up right away. I work in customer service and the service here is just phenomenal!

Ordered an extra large strawberry frappe and a pup cup. And 2nd order was a vanilla frappe. Paid for the first, correct change back. Paid for 2nd with a $10 bill, received ,50 cents back. Never, ever stop at Starbucks for any reason, did this for a friend. This teller stole $5 from me
First time through the drive through! 🤣 Service there was as it always in on the inside! And...I love an iced matcha but I am not fond of a full cup of ice with a tad bit of matcha, so I always ask for very, very, very light ice - it was PERFECT! 🥰

They just hand ya anything. Oatmeal (no toppings) unsweetened milk stiffing me on the coffee. They often forget my extra pumps. Slow down n stop burning peoples hard earned money. We work hourly just for a coffee. The least you can do is take your time and respect people.
