The florist at this Safeway is incredible! I was able to meet her and compliment her on her work. She does all the arrangements herself. Prices are also very reasonable for these types of professional arrangements. Absolutely gorgeous!
I used curbside pick up and the order was missing an item. When I called customer service I was on hold “forever” and when I finally spoke to someone they said call back tomorrow, as if my time is worth nothing. No service at this store. I won’t use Safeway or the curbside pick up again. Got cheated out of $5 item and no one willing to handle it. They make Frys look really great!
Don't waste your time with ordering online. Over a 20 minute wait, had to call again and then they can't find my order. It's only a handful of items and this isn't the first time I've had problems. I'll just do it myself next time.
