The crew is very nice here. UPDATE: Do not come here if you need the wireless internet. It has not worked for over a month. All the baristas know it (but they can’t fix it and just apologize). Doesn’t affect me but to many this is an issue.

I don’t get it. Order was placed at 5:20 am, I got there in 3 minutes to get my drink and there’s no ice, it’s barely cold. There’s no cold foam at all and I know they didn’t but the oat milk…why on earth do you print out these stickers if your children(as they’re all kids working) don’t read? 10.82 for this….nope I want my money back I’ll just stick with QT.

So it's Saturday morning it says they open up at four it's like 530 Roll up to get a delivery order Doors are locked they just keep ignoring me go through the drive-through nobody answers at the menu. Pull up to the drive-through window waiter for five minutes watch and walk by three or four times don't come over and say anything Wait a little bit longer probably about another 10 minutes still nobody comes over so I start honking my horn there's three or four cars behind me now finally somebody comes over and the dude had to send the youngest girl there over to tell us that they were opening later today and they are incapable of putting a note or or coming and telling anybody that they're opening later so instead they just let the customers sit there like their time is invaluable and we're just pieces of yeah Coffee I guess. Super unprofessional Super disrespectful just all around sad excuse for somebody who's running the place right now.

I actually go out of my way to go to this particular Starbucks because the baristas are great. At least a few of them call me by name now, which is always nice. Occasionally they will write or even draw something on the cups, which is always fun too.

I usually do the drive-through but it is actually a really spacious and pretty nice Starbucks inside if you want to sit down. It’s obviously a “real” Starbucks if you’re looking for one, not one in a supermarket or Target. I’m not sure if it’s one they recently remodeled; I don’t remember it looking the way it does now when I first moved to Mesa. It’s definitely nicer than the ugly and uncomfortable plain IKEA wood furniture most Starbucks had for a while.

Please don’t ask me silly questions about my day, family, work, cars, weather. Just make my drink correctly. I was very clear about my order two times and they had to remake at the window and still got it wrong. It’s simply a nitro cold brew with cream. Young man needs to go to Dutch Bros and work if he wants to chit chat.

We have been double charged 3 separate times at this store and my mother-in-law at least once. They have offered no refund or resolution and I have had to dispute the charges each time. We stop at Starbucks everyday/365 at various locations in Mesa since we moved here 4 years ago and this is the only store (Brown and Higley) we’ve ever had this kind of issue. Sure seems like this is intentional…..

Update: 11.5.2024 unable to submit online to customer service due to capture not being accessible. Tried twice.

Placed a mobile app order. Same order from the day before. Same order from other times when traveling with the husband. Get to the window and the worker tries to hand us iced drinks. my husband, driving, looks at me and tries to hand it to me and after a beat I said not ours. He hands it back and she tried to hand another iced drink. He asked are you sure this is the right order and she said yeah, I have two coffees. We confirmed that my orders were not iced and, in fact, my coffee order says extra hot. She remakes the drinks correctly and gives attitude in handing the drinks to us. No apologies, nothing. Handed off and dipped. Wth? We didn't mess up and we didn't give any attitude. Just asked for what we ordered and paid for. Sigh
