Waited 15 minutes to place my order, only to get the wrong drink, asked for a remake, they just took the top 2 inches off and handed it back to me.. this location doesnt seem to have baristas that care

Super confused, upside down.
Last two times i've been back there.They've had to remake everyone's drink.2 to 3 times.
And most importantly, the barista admitted that they don't add any more drink between the medium and the large for the protein matcha.They just put more cream, that's deception.And I will never trust these people again

I’m not sure what Ms.Natalie problem is ur fine when it’s my sister driving who is white … ur happy and positive but when me a black women is in the driver sit ur so ugh and it’s everytime u have a nasty attitude u don’t even try to reach the card reader out like Every body else does u don’t say ur welcome ur just not kind …. I have to work to have a better attitude it’s too early

Tabby and her team were absolutely phenomenal! I had a pretty large order, and the service was quick, and she was so kind. I highly recommend the Starbucks! Thank you for being a good person!

This location operates very slowly compared to most. It took me around 15 minutes just to get my drink, with one car ahead of me and one leaving the drive thru window. Compared to most others I go to, that's 3x as long.
Staff was kind though. And the drink was to be expected

They refused to give me and my 5 year old water because we didn’t buy anything, but we walk to this Starbucks and buy drinks every other day. Dutch bros would never. I won’t come to this location anymore.

Large patio area with chairs all locked up. I was here at 4pm and they don't close until 9pm. At least 5 employees inside, and the boy at the walk up said they wouldn't unlock the chairs. Why do you have a patio if no one can sit? Going somewhere else!

Employees are parked in the single handicap spot for this location, 2 out of 3 of the “5 minute customer parking” spots are being held by employees, and 1 of those is cars is crossing the line to the third remaining space. When I asked the employee she had an attitude and told me there was no where else to park when they arrived and they don’t have time to move (no outside customers and a line of 2 cars as I left). How else would it be so obvious the spots are being used by the employees? The level of entitlement from them was appalling.

If you want a properly made drink and an employee who doesn’t act like you personally ruined their day, go literally anywhere else.

Stopped by this sad excuse of a Starbucks stand on a Wednesday afternoon with my boyfriend. No line. No rush. Just us and what I thought would be a simple drink order: the same one I get at every other Starbucks with zero issue. But no, apparently this location thinks they’re special. The girl behind the counter (you know who you are, the one with the dark green hair and darker attitude) immediately snaps, saying it’s “against company policy.” Okay, sure… never had that problem anywhere else.

At this point, we were over it and just ordered a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble. Big mistake. Apparently not leaving a tip is now a crime, because the look and tone we got? Absolutely uncalled for. Sorry I don’t tip for attitude and spoiled milk.

Speaking of the drink: it tasted nothing like it should. The milk was definitely off: spoiled, and it was missing that signature creamy, chocolatey flavor. It honestly tasted like regret in a cup.

So yeah, if you’re into getting side eyed, sassed, and served a $10 disappointment this is the place for you. Otherwise? Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Starbucks.

This is one of those weird, drive in only locations and nothing on Google maps would tell you that until it was too late. I pre-ordered and my breakfast sandwich was overheated in the microwave and flattened, the ham in it was nuked to the point that it turned into jerky. My drink however was good and this place does seem to be pretty popular with people who must live in the neighborhood already and knew that it was only a drive-thru.
