Love the Starbucks

Go to diutch bros!! My family of 5 has been coming to this location for years. My son went in to this location and was in the lobby no more than 2 minutes as he was cooling off from riding his bike. He was asked to leave because ‘ the lobby is for customers’. RUDE!! We have been customers for a very long time. A family of 5 spends $40 on drinks in one trip and we leave good tips.. he is 15 and was by himself, he isn’t a street walker or with lots of other friends creating a noise problem. Needless to say we won’t be back again. By the way I called this location when he got home 5 minutes later and she was just as rude to me on the phone

I was genuinely surprised to see one person doing all the work (Dani) and all the rest of the staff standing around and just talking. Dani was trying to make everyone's drink and there was about 5 more workers doing nothing but talking. Dani had ask one of them to make more coffee and it seems like the other girls didn't care she just kept talking to another coworker. I finally went up to her and told her to please do her job. She got super offended that I called her out not doing her job and just talking about a boy she liked.

Today I ordered two drinks. an older lady perhaps between age fifty to sixty with short blonde hair green eyes. Had an attitude. Her tone was very hostile for no reason, I decided to just ignore it. Got my drinks she didn’t say hi nor bye. Left for 5mins came back because the little ones wanted water. I asked for two ice waters she said “I can’t give you water unless you’re purchasing something.” I said yes I did I just left five minutes ago and you also forgot my straws. She said “ohh really well I don’t recall you must purchase something.” I just drove to the window because at this point she’s just being an a hole for no reason. Drove up to the window and she said “did I really take your order.” Keep in mind she the one who took my order and payment at time of service. whole time she talks with an attitude. I let her know “yes we left five minutes ago and you didn’t give me a receipt nor straws.” She said “I can’t give you water unless you make another purchase. At this point I’m thinking. wow I never gotten such rude customer service over some water. Only Starbucks that uptight over water when I already made two purchases. I said please give me your name she said it’s Rebecca. I let her know I’d be posting a nice review for people like her who have horrible customer service. She then said “OKAY DID YOU GET THAT NAME REBECCA” She said she was the Shift Manager loud and proud when that actually is very disappointing. I did get everything and also recorded the incident. I’m debating to make it go viral either way I’ll be reaching out to cooperate.

This Starbucks is showing some age. No soft comfortable seating. I was looking for a relaxing hour to enjoy a delightful coffee and pastry. Ended up just taking it home.

No matter what time of day it is, this is always the slowest Starbucks. 5-10 minutes per customer is insane. And they will frequently make the drink incorrectly

I feel for these workers, they definitely need more help in the morning time. Having to wait 30 minutes for one matcha latte, one lemonade, and one grilled cheese(that is cold because it probably sat there for 25 minutes) is unreal. Starbucks you are a huge, successful company. Do better. Give those who work at this location, more help.

My car broke down, so my husband had me dropped me off here while he worked on the car. Lovely Starbucks with lots of seating. The baristas were sweet, and my drink looked and tasted awesome!!! Great time, really made an awful day so much better.
