My go to now, its a minute away from me & places I have to go. Very friendly. They often remember my drink which is always nice! Location is easy to get in & out of. Has a drive thru as well.

This was the third time I've sat around waiting for my drink for my mobile order that they put by the drive through. I shouldn't have to sit around for 15 minutes after placing a mobile order just to ask where my drink is every time I'm in there. No one bothers to ask what I'm waiting on. It's up to me to figure out how they messed up each time.

Holy smokes, this is the cleanest Starbucks I have ever been in and to top it off... Nasya(sp) made me a PERFECT Brown sugar Oat milk Shaken Espresso. Thank you so much for my much needed cup of yum.

I went in and ordered a breakfast sandwich so my son could use the restroom. They put my to go order in the drive thru bin. I was annoyed but not mad. However, when I took my sandwich out and saw a blonde hair sticking out I was pissed. I didn't have time to go back in because we were late for an appointment.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12 oz hot coffee. I live close by this location and I took my coffee home. The coffee tasted as if it were the bottom of a pot that has been sitting there for a long time.
I mentioned it to the manager about coffee was replaced with Americana instead of Pike because they ran out of pipe and it was better but still not good

Very upset. I went through the drive thru to pick up my online order. Barista handed me my order. I went to set my HOT coffee into my cup holder, and the lid was not on AT ALL. BURNED my hand, and got all over my seats. I yelled through the windows and the guy said oh wow and stood there. I asked for a napkin. He handed me one and left. Very inconsiderate.

Wow. Super stingy. Brought my 14 oz Starbucks mug and they usually fill it and charge for a tall (12 oz). They said they’d charge me for a 16 oz to fill a 14 oz cup so I said just charge me for a tall. So I guess I got what I paid for? Should I have paid for 16 oz when they are perfectly comfortable giving me 2 oz less? Better off not bringing your own cup to avoid this type of very annoying encounter. Annoyed that I even have to write this … very irritating experience.

Purchased an order for my daughters birthday. Was sitting in parking lot she had to use the restroom real bad. Was told she couldn’t use the restroom unless we purchased. Which we did! My daughter suffers from bladder issues and ended up pissing herself because they wouldn’t let her use the restroom! Who was under 18
This location is great! I sometimes come in for a short black coffee and the staff is super kind. Especially who I think is the manager Kevin. Very kind, helpful and straight forward I appreciate his professionalism 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Online order was inaccurate more than once.I saw a woman complaining about her drink not being right, they rush and not do the drinks correctly.
