I went in and ordered a breakfast sandwich so my son could use the restroom. They put my to go order in the drive thru bin. I was annoyed but not mad. However, when I took my sandwich out and saw a blonde hair sticking out I was pissed. I didn't have time to go back in because we were late for an appointment.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12 oz hot coffee. I live close by this location and I took my coffee home. The coffee tasted as if it were the bottom of a pot that has been sitting there for a long time.
I mentioned it to the manager about coffee was replaced with Americana instead of Pike because they ran out of pipe and it was better but still not good

Very upset. I went through the drive thru to pick up my online order. Barista handed me my order. I went to set my HOT coffee into my cup holder, and the lid was not on AT ALL. BURNED my hand, and got all over my seats. I yelled through the windows and the guy said oh wow and stood there. I asked for a napkin. He handed me one and left. Very inconsiderate.

Wow. Super stingy. Brought my 14 oz Starbucks mug and they usually fill it and charge for a tall (12 oz). They said they’d charge me for a 16 oz to fill a 14 oz cup so I said just charge me for a tall. So I guess I got what I paid for? Should I have paid for 16 oz when they are perfectly comfortable giving me 2 oz less? Better off not bringing your own cup to avoid this type of very annoying encounter. Annoyed that I even have to write this … very irritating experience.

Purchased an order for my daughters birthday. Was sitting in parking lot she had to use the restroom real bad. Was told she couldn’t use the restroom unless we purchased. Which we did! My daughter suffers from bladder issues and ended up pissing herself because they wouldn’t let her use the restroom! Who was under 18

This location is great! I sometimes come in for a short black coffee and the staff is super kind. Especially who I think is the manager Kevin. Very kind, helpful and straight forward I appreciate his professionalism 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Online order was inaccurate more than once.I saw a woman complaining about her drink not being right, they rush and not do the drinks correctly.
I waited 10 min for black drip coffee that is sitting behind the barista while specialty mix coffee drinks are being made. I've never been to a coffee shop that doesn't immediately pour your drip coffee after you order it.

I literally just left the drive through from this location. I got a banana nut loaf, a caramel ribbon crunch frap, and a water. The bread was cold (I wasn't asked for it to be warm, I assumed it would be) and there's a thin, long strand of straight blonde hair in it. (My hair is black and coily). And I didn't get any straws or asked if I wanted them.

Was so excited Starbucks finally had pumpkin back but was so disappointed with our drinks. Theses are not cheap! ...and yet they didn't make them nice at all. I even paid for extra shots. Almost no whip cream, not filled up. Probably won't go back to this location.
