Never had to fight with a barista about ice. Your drink only comes with a tall scoop of ice unless you order more. Is this really what we're doing now? Starbucks

Like why is there smeared chocolate inside the package… looks intentional. I’d understand maybe a bit on the outside but just weird. Stopped by around 9:30am 2/25
Slowest Starbucks I think I’ve ever been too. Made me appreciate my usual go to place even more. 19 mins and counting on a triple espresso. Not super busy inside either

I had an order from DoorDash and the coffee that came was nothing like it ever is but I took it into this Starbucks and they were super nice about remaking it great customer service I really appreciated it

The Clover system makes for a very disappointing cup of coffee. The coffee is luke warm and watered down. If this is the direction that Starbucks is going, I might not continue my coffee journey at Starbucks. The service is consistently excellent and so is the atmosphere. But our coffee that we are used to is proving to be a very disappointing experience.

What a way to start the day. Girl at the window with glasses and red hair was just plane rude and unhelpful. I was on my way to an appointment and stopped for my normal coffee and missed the speaker box. For whatever reason she refused to take my order at the window like she was incapable to the point where I told her I would just leave. Grumpiness instead of service with a smile. Guess to her its worth losing customers. Thanks. Merry Christmas
