I have been a long time Starbucks customer and at one point in time was even a partner! I have mostly lost faith in the brand to execute and deliver on basic common sense etiquette, etc. Today I was BLOWN AWAY by Bobbie (sorry if I spelled her name wrong). She was kind and cheerful and brightened my day. Thank you for your positive energy!
Love this Starbucks! The location makes it super easy and quick to stop by before work and get my daily drink! The baristas are super nice and friendly and all my drinks are always 10/10. I also love that unlike other locations I’ve been to, they always make sure to write a nice little message on each cup!
I work for an elementary school and we were having an assembly & breakfast for Fire fighters and police officers and our coffee machine broke!! Starbucks came to our aid and was able to supply multiple travel containers for us!! They were so kind and wrote nice messages for our local first responders! Thank you Starbucks!!
