I ordered the two chicken thighs with vegetables for $22. Sounds safe, right? What arrived was… well, let’s call it a culinary guessing game. On the plate: a mountain of squash, zucchini, and tomatoes (aka “the vegetables”), and then one sad, shrunken piece of chicken. The menu promised two thighs. What I got was either one thigh that went through a medieval torture device or maybe a tiny chicken breast that died of shame before it hit the grill.
And the salt. Good Lord, the salt. I don’t know if the chef mistook my order for a road-clearing job in Minnesota, but that bird was seasoned like it was prepping for a snowstorm. I could have cured ham with it. Somewhere out there, a salt shaker is missing its entire family. 🧂🐔
So yes, I came for two juicy thighs and left with one salty mystery nugget and a plate of zucchini cosplay. For $22. My advice? BYO water and blood pressure meds.

Be ready for your spring training crowd . 1 bartender and tables were not busted. Waited 20min and no service.
Small dark headed bartender like through us serval times, passed us serval times to serve other guests that came in AFTER us. Had to track the server/ bartender to get a drink, which she was awarded a 20$ right of the bat and another 30$ after we had our 1 drink.

Bartender was very friendly and provided great recommendations and conversation. It was November so definitely off season for the hotel but plenty of a games on tv. Food was mid, what you would expect from a hotel bar. Overall it was a good experience and well above average for a “hotel bar”

Amazing food, friendly employees, and over all wonderful chefs. The food was hot and very delicious. Leaving the restaurant/hotel we had the view of the golden pink Arizona sunset casting its bueaty onto the lake next door adding to an overall experience of pure romance. Highly recommend this place!?
Vegetarian options: Hummus dish was delicious and plenty of made to order fresh items. So options to go vegetarian is very easy. Highly recommended for dietary restrictions as well.
Dietary restrictions: Made to order for most items, easy dietary restrictions options. Their chefs were very helpful and made sure my order was received just as I requested.

Fries were cold, food was not good. We were there late, so I can't really say what normal service would be like. But it all tasted like it was out of a box. The cold fries were actually the best tasting part.

Simple menu at a hotel restaurant with a little flair of Chicago (which I think they could amp up a bit)

Went here 3 times. Although great atmosphere, the management is horrible. Pizza, chicken tenders were cold. Tasted like frozen food heated in a microwave. The staff didn't acknowledge us. No one served us for 30+ minutes until we went to the bar and asked for menu. Felt like no one wanted us there. LOL what a horrible experience.

Great spot to watch the game. Cindy the bartender was an absolute doll. She would be the number one reason I would go back.

The breakfast hours are busy, the give me wrong items that were not my order.
Staying at the Sheraton for business for the week. I went to the bar 3x's. Sunday evening one other person was eating i was greeted fast and served my food fast. the other 2 nights were horrible. 3 bartenders/ waitresses looked at me at the other end of the bar and refused to come down to ask anything. finally after standing there one of them came down and said you can sit anywhere and then was attentive. the 3 rd visit i sat at the bar it wasn't busy again maybe 5 or 6 people. she never acknowledged me, never came over after about 5 minutes she disappeared. I just got up and left. I will not be returning to the Sheraton or the stats bar and grill. ill stay at the court yard next door. It's newer and friendlier.
