I love this little coffee shop! It's a perfect location to stop at during morning walks through Eastmark. They have a nice selection of permanent coffee drinks, and they have fun seasonal drinks that change monthly! I've tried a number of drinks and the only one I haven't liked is the matcha (but I'm admittedly super picky with matcha). My fave is actually their iced tea, it's a refreshing jasmine green tea which is a nice change from typical black tea. They have a good selection of bread and pastries from Noble Bread, as well as seasonal produce from the farm and fresh eggs. They also stock local artisan foods like greek yogurt and salsa. It's a bit pricey, but I'd rather spend the money and support local than save 50 cents and go to a big chain. It gets pretty busy on the weekend around 9am, but the line moves fast and if you get there when they open it's usually pretty empty!

Cute local coffee shop to the Eastmark area. The coffee, food, and service are very nice. Everything tastes good and it’s a good environment with outside seating. My only concern is my order (coffee and tacos) is wrong 1 out of every 5 visits, give or take, and I usually don’t realize it until I get home as I get my orders to go, otherwise I would just ask them to please fix it. Would still absolutely recommend, just wish I didn’t have to wonder if my order is gonna be wrong so frequently. But otherwise I love having a local spot close by!

My family and I stopped by this Saturday morning. It's been a while since we had a free weekend together. I've been aware of this place, but due to the location, it always seemed out of the way. It still is, but I really enjoyed our visit. It seems to be the heart of Eastmark and a go-to spot for all local residents.
There is plenty of parking along the street and a private parking lot at the 'Mark Community Center.
Upon entering Steadfast Coffee, there were a lot of locally owned brands being sold along with the farms' own produce. All their pastries were from Noble Bread!
For our breakfast, we ordered: - blueberry muffin (our little one LOVED it) - two breakfast tacos, one was pulled pork and the other was Brisket - cinnamon vanilla latte (only available for july) - POG lemonade (only available for july)
We got our items at the pick-up window, which came out very quickly!
The tacos were great and hit the spot for us, and the red salsa that came with it was so fresh! I really liked my coffee, and my husband enjoyed his lemonade.
There is a lot of available seating at the front of the cafe with shade overhead. We opted to go inside the park area and sit by the pond to enjoy our breakfast.
This was worth the visit, and we can't wait to come back when the weather is cooler!

4.8 as they often run out of tacos well before they close for the day, but that is actually more of a sign of how popular they are rather than anything else. Some of the patrons are rude which is hardly Steadfast's fault. The food each time we have purchased from this farmstead is as good as you would find anywhere and better than many places within any surrounding cities and even other states. The quality is nearly unparalleled. Please keep up the good work, Steadfast!

I love their coffee, teas, and tacos! Such a fun place to grab coffee with a friend.
This place is a hidden gem! Visited for the first time and was impressed. The Farm Store is quaint and has a lot you can buy directly from their garden.
We came for the coffee and loved it! We tried the Cinnamon Dulce Latte and the Mexican Mocha (ordered them iced). Both were made very well and delicious! We are excited to come back and try more! They do have breakfast tacos, too.
Note - there is only outdoor seating.

very good coffee! the syrups are housemade which is a nice touch. the surrounding area is very nice and well maintained as there is a farm attached and a park. a lovely place to walk around and enjoy the coffee
This is the new SPOT. The breakfast tacos are to die for. The cold brew is fresh and delicious and the staff was so nice. Will be back very often!

Went to steadfast coffee for the first time and enjoyed it. I was pulled in by the floral bouquets and it was so fun to pick one up with my drink! I really like the arrangements they have. I got the lavender vanilla latte and it was so good. The atmosphere is relaxing- the outside seating area is a fun patio style. They also have other little items within the coffee shop. Overall i was pleased. Service was fine. I will most likely go back.
