Usually like this Subway, but they had a new worker that just hurried and made my subway didn’t ask me what I wanted they just threw all the veggies on there. Sub was cold. Please train new employees properly. Especially the transformers. Worst subway experience I had in a while. Also, sub mad me sick and throw up all day.

My Mobile order was prepared wrong. Wasn't started until I came in to pick up. Worker came in and sat on a food prep area. Staff asked if I was going to order or just sit in the lobby as im waiting on my order that wasn't ready.

YO THE GIRL WITH BEAUTIFUL MAKE UP AND BROWN HAIR WHO MADE MY SANDWICH. MY SANDWHICH IS FIRE!!! like she idk what she did maybe it was putting a decent amount of everything like I asked in the app but this is the best damn sandwich I've ever had wish I got her name but it was an online order for MJ and this sandwich should get a Nobel prize because it was fire and made on time. THANK YOU.

0/5 stars. I made an order at 6:43 on 08/16/2025 my order said it’d be ready at 7:00pm. I show up at 7:05 and my order is not ready so I ask what’s going on & they said there was an issue with the system and they were going to get my order asap. There were 2 workers 1 white boy and 1 bigger hispanic girl. 1 of them was helping the customers already in the store. I was fine with waiting for them to make my sub but these guys just kept helping the people in line and showed 0 sense of urgency to make my sub when it should’ve already been ready. Time is 7:18pm now and they still hadn’t started to make my sub so I kindly ask if there’s anything they can give me for the massive inconvenience they caused and they proceed to say no that there’s nothing they can do due to not having a manager on shift. I then proceeded to get upset because they weren’t even trying to make anything better when I had already been there almost 20 minutes when my sub should have been ready by the time I got there. I then told them to just cancel my order and I took it upon myself to reach around the counter and took a fountain drink cup for the terrible experience I went through with this subway.

I came in and spent 9.45 on 6 cookies and a drink. As I was ordering I needed to use the bathroom and was told I have to buy a sub in order to use the bathroom. What kind of bullshit is this? The sign clearly states no public restrooms. I guess if you don't spend a certain amount you can't use the bathroom

I absolutely love it here. Only downside is you have to have a worker come out and open the bathroom for you, but it's understandable since it doesn't have a lock on the inside. But a lot of the workers are pretty nice

Worse subway location by far. The customer service is terrible. The lady didn't even wash hands, nor did she change gloves. There are no restrooms for use for customers. Only location that I've been to that doesn't offer that. It was super slow and most tables were still dirty. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location.
