I absolutely love it here. Only downside is you have to have a worker come out and open the bathroom for you, but it's understandable since it doesn't have a lock on the inside. But a lot of the workers are pretty nice

Worse subway location by far. The customer service is terrible. The lady didn't even wash hands, nor did she change gloves. There are no restrooms for use for customers. Only location that I've been to that doesn't offer that. It was super slow and most tables were still dirty. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location.

paid online, walked in, guy says they don’t have my order. Literally show him proof of purchase, order number, and online receipt. still says they don’t have my order. i then ask how many more orders does he have to make and he looks at me like he does understand the question. why was it so hard for him to say “want me to make it for you when i’m done” hell i literally waited in their for 15 minutes and he ignored me until i spoke to him like 3 different times. Complete incompetence by him i don’t care he was by himself, it was me and 2 other people who were frustrated inside waiting because of him. Complete incompetence.

Mrs. Keshia was excellent. I really enjoyed the conversation while ordering. Her energy level is amazing. Woman needs to be promoted to management. I'll definitely come back.

I walked into the store and immediately felt Welcome by the staff. In Particular, this Beautiful and very friendly and attentive woman named Keshia had such an amazing attitude and I felt, went well out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted. I made an Online order, not even realizing that I could only customize so far through the app. And she had it ready fast. Not only did she have it ready, but had No problem going out of her way to remake the sandwich for me AND Toast it😁 as, that was not an option online. So I definitely wanted to take the time to shout her out. Not only was the meal AMAZONG. But she made me feel very much welcomed and had AMAZING ENERGY not only with my, but every other customer that came through the door while I was there. 😁✨. I was surprised when she told me she had not been working there that Long. Definitely giving me Manager Vibes. She set the tone for sure. I can't wait to come back!❤️
