Awful, very dry Italian bread. Employee argued with me when I brought back 2 footlong sandwiches then gave me a glove to be able to touch test the bread she had holding in the oven, there were 8 loaves, every single one hard as a rock on the outside the same as mine. She kept saying it was soft inside. Had no other sub bread available to remake, only flatbread. Refused refund before I even asked for one, refused to provide owners information. She had no clue how badly the store was rated so I showed her the most recent reviews here in Google. Totally clueless. I told her that if the owner or manager doesn't do better, she's going to get a lot more upset customers upset with HER. Bread either overcooked, left to sit too long, or oven calibration is off.
My husband (deceased) used to own a subway, this bread was unacceptable and awful to try and eat. Not the first time we have had terrible food from here, given them many chances, multiple different employees also. Won't be back and this explains the rating they have.

Never been to this location and tried it. Everything was fine except tried paying with EBT and the gentleman said they dont accept it even though this location is on the restaurant EBT list as late as Nov 24

Rep was rude when I asked about the app not working she told me to go to a different location after I drove all the way to that location. I went next door to frys and purchased my own items to make a sub. This location is owned by a family of foreign people and they have no respect for customers. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!!!!

Why does the hours of operation say open till 9pm and they are always closing at 8? The guy saw me knocking on the door at 8pm and proceeded to ignore me. Change your hours if you close at 8.

All I am going to say is watch the condition of the meats and cheese as it is put on your sandwich. Neither was as fresh as it should have been, and this is not the first time that this has happened.

Honestly i go here pretty often as i work in the area but this sunday was absolutely the worstFirst i waited nearly 30 min in line waiting for the worker to be finished, then after they were finished they left to back and sound liked the bathroom but didnt use the sink to wash their hands before coming then they asked me to help them pull out the stove to do something amd i didnt know exactley what they wanted me to do but in no way will i do that i just left. Eithe you guys need to have 2 people on shift everyday or get new people who can handle those day that just plain unsafe. Over unsafe unsanitary and plain bad customer service

Do not go to this Subway. I found out today that they are a self-owned franchise and will not accept coupons. They were kinda rude and a little unsanitary. If you are within the area, go to the one off 87 between Elliot and Warner, across from the Chevy dealership. They will accept your coupons and are way more friendlier.

I arrived at Subway and waited in line to pickup an order that was already paid for. I waited in the line with everyone else. I told her I’d read off the order to her and just order like everyone else. She had me go sit down and wait for 5 other people to order before me. I was so frustrated.

About 1 pm today I went here to get a sandwich for lunch. I asked for mayo on the side, when I got home I opened the mayo and the mayo was yellow, thick and stinky. I called the store to talk to manager and the worker says he isn't here much. She asked me what I needed and refused to let me talk to manager. I explained the packets of mayo are bad. She says, "you are a liar, you bring sandwich back and I see mayo is bad then I make you new sandwich." I said I just want you to open a mayo packet up and see if it is bad. She refused and started yelling at me. I said thank you, I will call the manger another time. Completely ruined my sandwich and I live 30 minutes from there.

Signage on door and website state open until 9pm yet I arrived at 700p and the lights were out and the store was closed. I really hope the employees are not closing stores early on weekends just to get out early!!!!!
