Lazy dude behind the counter didnt had a attitude, made me a bad sandwich, and didnt accept my coupon. Definitely avoid this place.
Look the place was fine but when I got home I noticed my tomatoes had a weird smell and bad flavor. I think they were definitely rotten and absolutely disgusting.
The manager there has absolutely horrible customer service. She is rude and acts as if it is a burden to deal with customers.
Terrible customer service, veggies look freezer burnt, the employees will use your Subway MVP rewards when you asked them not to, and then turn around and act like they have no idea how the money came off. I like to save my points for rainy days,
After my son’s procedure at banner he wanted one place this was the friendliest cleanest loved the vibe both worker had definitely will be coming back on our next visit

The staff was very nice and helpful the Store Manager Kimberly was very welcoming I order 3 foot long steak and cheese subs and the food was delicious and fresh the store was clean and very organized.. I will be retuning

I came in and Kimberly greeted me with so much joy. She was also pretty hasty making my somewhat complicated sandwich! I think that her positivity made my food taste amazing.

I cant even say the atmosphere gets 2 starts because i was not in the store. I ordered delivery doordash. The online ordering doesnt have buffalo sauce option. So i wanted to call the store to inform them i would like that on my sub. Called 11x nobody answers. After being upset and accepting im not getting buffalo sauce i prepare to eat my sub they sent. I open it up and it doesnt even have the right bread i asked. And if that wasnt enough my. Sub wasnt even toased as i had asked. This location has to be the worst service ive had ever. Kindly get new staff or retrain the ones you have.

I paid $27+ dollars for a footlong and a six inch sub. The bread was absolutely terrible. Had to of been sitting there all day. I contacted the subway and got a sorry for the GM of this location with absolutely no consideration the sandwiches were pretty much inedible without flaking off all the actual bread

I'm not sure where all of the negative reviews are coming from. Ordered 12 meal boxes for a business lunch today and not only was the order EXACTLY as requested, but Manager and Associate were both extremely polite, helpful, and the store was spotless. Sincerely appreciated not having to sweat my order being correct. I didn't place it until almost 6P on Monday, and it was ready to go as requested for 11:30A pickup on Tuesday. No complaints and will absolutely be coming back again. Thank you!

Well not be coming back to this place, only one elderly person working, ordered 2 fl cold cuts when got home and unwrap them all the meat was bologna!!

Just went there. And ended up walking out without paying for my sub. When putting the veggies on my sub the lady helping me. Linda got mad when I asked for more spinach. And throw the spinach on there. When saying we didnt need the extra flare she got pissed. And when we asked for her name she just started pointing at her name tag.

Place an order online. Got charged for it. But they couldn’t locate the receipt. I explained the situation and showed the worker the transaction on both my banking app and Apple Pay notifications. He called his manager who told me I needed to cancel it in the app and place it again. App had no way to cancel. It’s not my job to process the orders. Definitely not going back again
