Ugh. This is not the best Subway I've ever visited. Not the worst either, but close. There was only one person working and he ignored me to work on other orders from online, I presume, as I was the only one in the store. When he got around to waiting on me, he got my order on the toaster and proceeded to work on other orders, ignoring the new people who walked in. I had to get my own cups for soda and found the Dr. Pepper and root beer were both out. When I let him know, he said they were out of it. Then, when I asked for a drink tray, he said that location didn't have them and gave me a list of locations that did, as if I was gonna drive to a different subway to get one. The food was good, although, to say he skimped on the toppings would be an understatement. I got 4 olive slices and three bits of onion per sandwich. Really? And then, after I paid, he looked at the receipt to see if I gave him a tip. Up the service, have the soda in stock, offer drink trays, give me some toppings, and you might get a tip. Just saying.

The Mexican worker with the hat and tattoos on his arms is costing you money. He works painfully slow, greets customers with a fake smile, and overall makes you feel like he just wants you to leave instead of ordering sandwiches.
I don’t know why, but he’s already lost you money three times at this location because of him.
As long as he is in the counter, I won't recommend any other employee is very nice.

Trying to place an order through the mobile app. It wont process the payment. Keeps telling me fraud, for a measly $10 payment.
It's been a long time since I've had a good Subway sandwich and after a college campus visit you know I had an appetite. We walked in there was no wait, the hair, were refresh and they listen to all my crazy details. I am @PuffQueenKayla aka Schoolteachergonebad. Keep them in busy !!

Lazy dude behind the counter didnt had a attitude, made me a bad sandwich, and didnt accept my coupon. Definitely avoid this place.
Look the place was fine but when I got home I noticed my tomatoes had a weird smell and bad flavor. I think they were definitely rotten and absolutely disgusting.
The manager there has absolutely horrible customer service. She is rude and acts as if it is a burden to deal with customers.

Terrible customer service, veggies look freezer burnt, the employees will use your Subway MVP rewards when you asked them not to, and then turn around and act like they have no idea how the money came off. I like to save my points for rainy days,
After my son’s procedure at banner he wanted one place this was the friendliest cleanest loved the vibe both worker had definitely will be coming back on our next visit

The staff was very nice and helpful the Store Manager Kimberly was very welcoming I order 3 foot long steak and cheese subs and the food was delicious and fresh the store was clean and very organized.. I will be retuning

I cant even say the atmosphere gets 2 starts because i was not in the store. I ordered delivery doordash. The online ordering doesnt have buffalo sauce option. So i wanted to call the store to inform them i would like that on my sub. Called 11x nobody answers. After being upset and accepting im not getting buffalo sauce i prepare to eat my sub they sent. I open it up and it doesnt even have the right bread i asked. And if that wasnt enough my. Sub wasnt even toased as i had asked. This location has to be the worst service ive had ever. Kindly get new staff or retrain the ones you have.
