Came into the store, asked for a footlong Subway Club, and a footlong Ham sub. The Indian lady with the thick accent who served me saw I was using a coupon where the sandwiches would cost $13.99 for the two. She told me I had to pay extra for the roast beef when it already comes in a subway sub? I continued to tell her that I’ve never had to pay extra for roast beef and I always order the same subs with the same coupon that I get in my mail. I even told her to charge it as a subway club as I saw she was charging for a roast beef sub which is more expensive. She refused. And said to me it’s the same price of $13.99 that I was you going to pay for with the two subs but she was still charging extra for roast beef. I went home not satisfied with what she did and tried the same order online and the coupon was valid for that sub and no additional charge! They are just ripping people off!

It’s supposed to have provolone yet there is no cheese at all.. on top of that there is barely any protein in the sandwich at all!
How do you make a sandwich that should have cheese and not put cheese on it? Attention to detail is not a quality these employees have.

Ordered off DoorDash. 12” ham sub with 6 pieces of meat. I literally counted. I worked at subway for 6 years, so I know subway portions are stingy but this was different. Unless things have seriously changed and you guys decided $12 for barely any meat was okay, someone messed up. I also received a fountain drink instead of a bottle, which is fine except I don’t get a straw.
I don’t know about anyone else but Mayonnaise should be the first ingredient applied to the bread on a sandwich, Not the last. It was a sloppy mess to try and eat. The staff was not very friendly at all. Barely spoke English.. Just saying.
They’re just stingy. They don’t care if you’re satisfied as long as they save money. They don’t follow corporate subway standards. Def will not ever go back. I will def travel to go to any other subway even tho they are the closest.

We questioned her and explained that the menu shows roast beef is a standard ingredient in the sandwich and included in the price. She told us that she was told to charge extra for the roast beef and that she was not allowed to substitute turkey for the roast beef at the regular menu price. It was a dead end, so we changed our order to the Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch. Then she told us that bacon on the Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch would cost us an extra $2.49. What? If we wanted the Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch at the menu price it wouldn't include bacon? Bacon is even in the name of the sandwich. We were so frustrated that we left the restaurant without a sandwich. The owner of this restaurant is ripping off Subway customers. Which is probably the reason this Subway location has by far the lowest Yelp and Google reviews of any Subway around.

I ordered double meat only got seven pieces of salami nine pieces of pepperoni obviously this lady does not know how to make a sandwich I had to completely take the sandwich completely apart when I got home and remake it because it was just impossible to eat terrible experience I will never go back to this location

Very clean ! However rudest couple , no smiles and I've yet to see them slice ant meat in front of me is how all the other fresh sub shops that slice there own.

The way the staff treated my partner tonight was unbelievably unprofessional and rude. The person fixing the sandwiches had the worst attitude ever and snapped at my partner for asking to make sure they grabbed the correct bread because it looked like the wrong one. The other staff member was mopping around my partner instead of allowing just a few minutes for us to get out of their way. What would’ve happened if he slipped and fell because you were impatient and wouldn’t stop mopping at his feet? Plus you’re just creating more work for yourself because anywhere he stepped would leave marks on the wet floor. Staff was getting ready to close EARLY instead of waiting for the correct posted time. Change your hours if this is how your staff treats people an hour and a half before closing.The steak meat was off tasting compared to other locations and they wouldn’t accept our coupon for the standard build your own steak and cheese, every other location ONLY EXCLUDES THE PRO SERIES, this location has some extreme restrictions on the coupons we receive in the mail. Very misleading. Truly the most unprofessional subway experience ever.
