I came here with my boyfriend he got the meal deal for $6.99 but somehow was charged $9.99 until we pointed to the sign with the meal deal. I ended up not getting anything because being vegetarian they had the person handing the meat and cheese got do the veggies also so basically if you vegetarian your getting a healthy dose of meat products with your veggies. The food prep area was also not very clean. Unfortunately I was so grossed out by the food prep area I didn’t take pictures.

I really really enjoy all the employees here. They definitely make it so much more welcoming then most other subways. This one is super clean from the food prep area to the bathroom.

Vegetarian options: They have tofu and tons of vegetables

Dietary restrictions: Low carb options and high protein also

My wife and I stopped off this evening for a late night dinner and we were helped by Alex and Sydney. Both employees were very professional and were amazing individuals and I would just like to give a shout out to their courtesy, their compassion and their professionalism...

We usually order from this location 2-3 times a month. The last time we ordered was 7/29. I got a foot long roast beef. We got our food home. I took a bite and all I tasted was bread. I opened it up and I had exactly 4 slices of roast beef on the entire foot long. The other toppings were scant. The other two sandwiches we ordered appeared to be fine, but I’m not sure. I don’t think we’ll be going back anytime soon. My sandwich was that bad. I had to add things around the house to it in order to choke it down. Very disappointing to say the least.

Came in today to pick up a mobile order just one sandwich. I kid you not the gentleman in the front started making the sandwich and then disappeared into the bathroom while my wrapped up order just sat there. Didn’t even bother to call up the order. I had to get the other employees attention hiding just to get my food. Took a whopping 20 minutes for a marinara meatball. All he had to do was put the sandwich in the bag bro… ??‍♂️ Straight up got a food borne illness right after that. The gentleman making the sandwich probably didn’t even do it right. Yeah real deal this is the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life?

Employees were working fast and conversational. A deaf man came in while we were eating and the girl with the braids began signing with him, very cool to see. Store is accessible for all types of people.

The food is amazing. The girls working tonight were super kind and made good sandwiches, the only thing that is bothering me is, NO HAIR NETS!! There are already complaints on here saying there is HAIR IN THEIR FOOD. These employees need to put their hair up in a food safe way. A pony tail is not FOOD SAFE. I have only worked in fast food and no company has let me were my hair like that, it is disgusting and disrespectful.A wig still needs to be put up cleanly or a hair net.

Walked in at 8:30 and the girl had everything closed up. She was rude and told me she was closing up early. Please change your hours if 9pm isn’t the actual closing time.

Ordered take out and showed up 5 minutes after it said ready and was told by Billy someone already picked up my order. If it wasn’t for the other gentlemen nothing would have been done about the food I already paid for. Sat and waited 30 minutes for my 3 sandwiches to be made. None of them were cut or toasted. Worst subway I’ve ever been to.

I had placed an online order at 5:30, showed up at 6:00 when I got the notification it was ready. When I showed up, my order had not been started. After waiting 40 minutes, the man was very rude. He told me somebody had picked up my order already and that I should’ve been there at 6:00 (which I was). The sandwiches were cold and barely any meat, veggies, etc were put on them.

I went in there Saturday afternoon and as soon I walked in I was received with silence and attitude. The two workers were just silent looking at each other . As I can tell the girl didn’t want to serve me and the guy had no choice but to take over as soon as he starts speaking the girl takes over and proceeds to be short . Never have I walked into an establishment and had anyone act like I wanted her man or something it was weird and unprofessional. Bacon was undercook and it made sick to my stomach.
