We’ve lived in this area for a few years, this store used to be decent. In the last year it’s gone down hill. Every time we put an online order in it’s never done in time or correct. When we go inside the workers are moping around. Tonight when I walked in the brunette behind the counter was chatting with a couple her age, stating she’s not that busy she just has a bunch of online orders, then smiled and asked if I had one realizing I heard the comments. Our orders were printed 20 min before I walked in. They were laying on the back counter as she starts their order. She stopped making our food to make bread. I sat there for watching for about 25 min. An online order should be treated as if we are standing there, and I was. The bread was crunchy and stale. Tonight was it for us. Finding a new place for subs. Putting sandwiches together efficiently and fresh shouldn’t be this hard this many times.

Went there about 2 hours after opening hours and it's still closed, so apparently the associates can't follow their schedules, but this is also my local subway and usually I go out of my way to go somewhere else because the associates here are never friendly and make you feel like ordering a sandwich is like asking them to go out of their way for you, even if it's their job. There are probably 5 other sandwich shops within a 5 minute vicinity from this Subway, I recommend you spend your money at one of those instead. Do not waste your time like I have.

Place an order online and ham smelled bad and I didn't ask for spinach mustard and tomato I asked for provolone cheese and there was no provolone cheese. The other sandwich asked for pepper jack cheese and had no cheese.. I called 3 x and manager not there and emailed and no reply.... The boys that were making the sandwiches were not paying attention to their job....... Poor service and quality
Wanted an old school chicken bacon; got charged 4 extra bucks for substituting a cheaper meat with the rotisserie chicken. Used to work for subway, our owner had to sub a cheaper meat for free. Rotisserie chicken is more expensive than the chicken strips. Sorry, I'm not eating your 4 day old slimy rotisserie, I'll go to a subway owned by a different owner and actually get food I like for cheaper.
A jersey mikes 26 (chicken bacon) is the same price for a better sandwich. Literally never come here
I came here with my boyfriend he got the meal deal for $6.99 but somehow was charged $9.99 until we pointed to the sign with the meal deal. I ended up not getting anything because being vegetarian they had the person handing the meat and cheese got do the veggies also so basically if you vegetarian your getting a healthy dose of meat products with your veggies. The food prep area was also not very clean. Unfortunately I was so grossed out by the food prep area I didn’t take pictures.

I really really enjoy all the employees here. They definitely make it so much more welcoming then most other subways. This one is super clean from the food prep area to the bathroom.

My wife and I stopped off this evening for a late night dinner and we were helped by Alex and Sydney. Both employees were very professional and were amazing individuals and I would just like to give a shout out to their courtesy, their compassion and their professionalism...
It was a very refreshing experience especially for my wife...

We usually order from this location 2-3 times a month. The last time we ordered was 7/29. I got a foot long roast beef. We got our food home. I took a bite and all I tasted was bread. I opened it up and I had exactly 4 slices of roast beef on the entire foot long. The other toppings were scant. The other two sandwiches we ordered appeared to be fine, but I’m not sure. I don’t think we’ll be going back anytime soon. My sandwich was that bad. I had to add things around the house to it in order to choke it down. Very disappointing to say the least.

Came in today to pick up a mobile order just one sandwich. I kid you not the gentleman in the front started making the sandwich and then disappeared into the bathroom while my wrapped up order just sat there. Didn’t even bother to call up the order. I had to get the other employees attention hiding just to get my food. Took a whopping 20 minutes for a marinara meatball. All he had to do was put the sandwich in the bag bro… ??♂️ Straight up got a food borne illness right after that. The gentleman making the sandwich probably didn’t even do it right. Yeah real deal this is the worst sandwich I’ve ever had in my life?
