I just wanted to express how amazing the woman mishelle treated me and my mother when we went in there. She was nice, kind courteous. Made sure that we got our order made a 100% to completion. And she was very sweet and took her time to understand what we wanted. The food tasted amazing as well.Definitely will be turning to this location as long as she's there.
I would love to express how pleasant the worker was she was all alone she was doing everything on her own she was nice she was pleasant she was courteous she got us our food on time everything was perfect I believe her name was Michelle
I ordered from GrubHub .. paid for a 6 inch sub and got a 5 inch sub. At 9 bucks a sub, I should get what I pay for. GrubHub refunded me, called the store and got the rudest person you could ever speak to.
When I came in for lunch there was one kid making the sandwiches. I didn’t get his name. He was great. There was a girl just sitting in the back, not helping him at all. I watched two different customers walk out because she wasn’t helping him and he was very busy. No meat was cut, didn’t have any cheese either.
I usually come here for lunch. I came in
for dinner on a friday for a hot shot italiano, And they put only 6 of each of meat on it. When I asked them to do the correct portion of 10 each, the one that looked to be training confirmed the amount was 6. Skimming on meats, the heart of your meal, is the quickest way to lose reoccurring customers.
Always takes forever, girl with the braids is rude and bosses the boy working around and they are always out of the veggies I want…
Bacon wasn't heated to cook or bread toasted
Waited 45 minutes in line bcuz 1 of the kids in the back refused to help out. Place needs some serious training

Had a Drs appointment next door.
WILL NOT BE BACK. Male at the register, had friends in. Gave at least one a free 6 inch.
Then proceeded to join his other friends. 20 min we waited for the Sandwich artist to get to us. I absolutely 100% overhead music is NOT cooperate approved. This kid makes Subway look shady. Extremely disappointed.
Woman working behind the counter had her stomach hanging out so much we could see all her stretch marks. Her attitude was I could care less. No flat bread .No steak. Only had whole grain rolls. Move as slow as a snail. Never marked sandwiches as mind was different from my wives. Only employee in the store. Took us thirty - five minutes to get waited on with two customers ahead of us. One of the front doors was anchored close with screws to the floor. There was no rolls being made or proofing. Front doors was very smudged and floors and tables need sanitized. No napkins with our sandwiches. Restrooms very unclean.

Went to get something to eat. They won't accept cash. Not sure why they're even in business then.
The worst, tried mobile order for 2 sandwich combos and waited for it to be done. When I got to the store after it was already supposed to be done they had not even started it. Guy was rude blamed it on the line. Maybe you shouldn’t tell someone their order is done then not even make it
Me and my grandmother came in around 1:30pm on 10/23 to get some lunch. No large orders or anything crazy. But the guy worked there was so unfriendly and terrible customer service. He didn’t even hardly say words to us besides “cheese” “toppings?” “What else?”.. Both me and my grandmothers sandwich had barely any meat at all, I counted it was only a total of 5 slices for my footlong. The guy clearly had the attitude of not wanting to be there and it took him close to 25min to make 2 simple turkey sandwiches. There was a lady behind us waiting on her lunch break and she was not serviced at all by the other employee there ( an older lady ) who hid herself in the back. I felt so bad for the girl behind us…

I asked for a footlong flatbread and he started to build it as something else and wasn't really paying attention to what he was doing then the girl took over and rolled my sandwich up like a sleeping bag and gave it to me and told me I was wrong when I corrected her on that
