Third time eating at the subway cuz it's closest to home but the portions are always much smaller than other Subways and they always give you old bread I do not recommend this Subway

Went in and ordered two sandwiches exactly the same I was trying to be very polite but the young man was very disrespectful and rude. When i got home i noticed he gave us the wrong bread and it wasn't toasted right and the when my husband went back in to return it and get our money back he refused. We left it on the counter and we are down 30 bucks don't go here at night.

The honey oat bread was overcooked and old. Hard to eat. Also, they were out of herb and cheese bread.Even though I was purchasing a simple tuna sub, one of their least expensive options, the cashier was extremely skeptical about my use of Subway's free 6 inch sub offer (from purchasing a $25 gift card). I somehow convinced them to try it and it worked, but I could tell she was still uneasy. I've had amazingly poor experiences with coupons and offers at several Subways in East Mesa. I wish they'd get better training.There was no tea at all (brewer was present but no carafe), and no customer bathroom at this location.

This is sad to have to say but management should have to address it I loved going to this location the lady in the morning is the sweetest provides great service but tonight going in was a young male there was not greeted when came in he was rude the whole time wouldn’t even talk just pointed at the sandwiches was making a fairly big order 5 sandwiches let another family who had two sandwiches go infront of me so he didn’t get a line after when he was making our sandwiches he grabbed the trash can and then didn’t even change gloves so I threw all the food away what a waist of money so sad I won’t come back here because of him which sucks cause I was a regular customer and all because of one person it gets ruined I work in fast food and customer service is what it’s all about no one will go back to be treated that way when we’re helping ur company stay afloat
