Always order through SUBWAY.COM. if you don't have the app yet - get it. You can search Google for current promo codes that may not be available online.
I always get at least 60-70% off my takeout and delivery orders because of those promo codes and you can add more than one BOGO FL to the order this way.
They also always get it right the first time when I order with them direct.
Every subway location has been consistent when I order direct for delivery and take out pick up.
Came here to say I had 1 day old bread bc I came too early in the morning for the bread to finish cooking. The staff was upfront with me about it which I appreciated, and it still tasted soft and that's the true measure of a well made sandwich to me. The sandwich was pretty great, the toppings could've been a little more evenly placed but overall good experience. The sandwich artists were friendly, quick and had good suggestions. It looked immaculately clean! Always looking for a reliable subway so def would travel an exit further to this location, just to get a better quality.
Tristan was polite and hard working he handled the rush really well was in there by himself. Watched him talk to and engage every customer while multitasking. Promote this guy.
Update:
Alice (or Aleze) was extremely rude when I entered the building. She did not speak, in fact, she rolled her eyes. I thought nothing of it until she greeted everyone else who entered the building after me. This was blantant discrimination and is unacceptable. Please train your employees on equality.

So I have been coming here for months. The staff is nice and makes the order correct. As of today they are only allowed to put 6 pieces of a cut up olive of a 6inch sandwich that's stupid. Use whole olives if that's the case. Talk about cheap, I know there's other areas to cut from. Do better management.

Showed up and they closed at 11, not 12.
Ordered on the app which would not change a footlong to a 6". Tried editing three times and saving it, but it kept changing it back to a footlong. Ok, frustrating, but fine. We ordered tuna. I asked for pepper on mine and whoever made the sandwich was so heavy handed with it that it overpowered everything else. I couldn't even eat it!
We also ordered two churros. They must have been sitting there all day because they were stale and disgusting...again, couldn't eat either one. Second time I've tried to give this location a chance. The first time, there were two ladies behind the counter, both were rude. No one else was in there but they both seemed annoyed to be bothered to take my order. It also appeared dirty/unkempt inside as well. Should have trusted my gut instinct the first time. Definitely will not be back!
Every time I come to this location the customer service is AMAZING! The staff is super friendly and always welcomes you as soon as you walk through the door. I’ve been to other sandwich establishments nearby (not any Subways), and the customer service is not very good. It’s a great group of people who work at this Subway location! And the food is perfect too.

Worst subway restaurant. Ordered 2 sandwiches via app. Smallest subs I have seen. 1 of the sandwiches I requested extra ingredients and both looked the same. I requested toasted and they were not toasted. Felt like it was a waste coming here. Last time I ever coming here. Rather take my business elsewhere.

Shelby was very rude when I went in. I’ve been in this location multiple time and i’ve never had a rude experience. I nicely asked if she could please grab me something that I had ordered and she rolled her eyes and seemed very bothered.The whole thing made me uncomfortable. All the other experiences that i had are very good!

Manager was on phone and was loud letting everyone know that she hadn't had a cigarette in 2 days and you definitely could tell.

Day crew prices and sandwich making is very consistent (I always order the same things), but night crew it's always different prices or different amounts of cheese or meat even though I order the same way every time. It's kind of annoying.Also, really wish this location had gluten free bread or wrap like some other locations. Would spend more on my lunches if they did because then I'd be getting food for my boss, too.

I walk in asking for a protein salad and the lady says she can’t sell it because she don’t have lids . I said what if I dine in. She said no. I said well I don’t mind the no lid . She still said no.i don’t get it if I’m saying I don’t mind . What’s the difference if everything is on the opened anyways . It’s at the customers request .
