Food is great. I felt like the employees were rushing me through my order. I sat in the lobby and they proceeded to have a yelling match behind the counter for ten minutes so it made for a poor experience.

Walked in to get a sandwich and was greeted with a smile. They made it fast and it tasted great. While I was there I saw a young man named Kal who worked there, helping a man with his subway app. He was very patient and understanding. He helped him set up his order but the app was having issue. He still was able to make the sandwich for the older man and they helped him with an in store special that was a better deal then what he wanted. Later one of the workers invited their coworkers to their pool party. It felt they all were like a family. Thank you owners for employing such a great staff.

Trash store. Made an online order and was at the store maybe 15 minutes after placing it and was told I already picked it up. Had to wait on the “boss” to come look at the tapes to see it wasn’t me that got my food. Will never do business with this location again even if they become the last Subway in the valley. Absolutely no reason my food should’ve been given away to someone else in the first place, let alone the treatment afterwards.

On 1/27/25 I visited this location to pick up my food (as I've done many times from this store) and the lady wouldn't give me my food b/c last time she said I stole chips. Then some other blonde lady said rudely blurted out Yeah, and we have you on video. So I asked them to show me the video. I told them at my previous visit I had picked up the chips, but the line was too long so I put the chips back and left. Again I asked to see the video. At that point the lady with dark hair said no problem here is your food. I told the blonde lady she should be careful of accusing people before she has all the facts. I asked for her name and she said I don't have to give it to you. I asked if she was a Manager and she said no she was just an employee. She humiliated me in front of the other customers. I will NEVER go back to this store.

My sandwich was good the workers were nice I got the $6.99 special but when I paid I was over charged I was charged $8.00 and it should of been $7.39 I didn't realize it until I got home so I'm going back today to order another sandwich and ask why I was over charged I know it's just change but now days every penny counts
New ownership has really turned this location around. I commend them for the efforts made and the dedication to keeping the place clean. Very fast service and nice people.
