I ordered my food online and went to pick it up, when I brought it home everything was great, fresh greens cooked chicken, the only problem was the sauce. I had ordered too much sauce and I couldn’t eat it. When I brought it back they told me it’s standard and to next time let them know how many passes of sauce I want or order it on the side. But they made it correct even though it was my fault Abi and Cas were there and they made it right.Thank you both for your service.

There were a total of 3 workers. 2 of which were dressed completely inappropriately. The 3rd one was wearing a subway shirt and was a little more friendly. We stood there for 5 minutes in front of the glass before they even acknowledged us. I wish customer service was better. Food was fine.

My husband ate here and within hours was puking out of both ends for two days we took him to urgent care and it's food poisoning. I called the store to let them know to check their dates and they didn't seem to care and said the owner would call still haven't received anything.

Ordered herb and cheese bread, it must have been at least day or two old, was hard and couldn't hardly bite through it. The spinach was almost gone and was dried out and wilted. Also order a cookie and it was not baked long enough, center was soft and runny. Won't be back.

Wanted the #5 and they said they don't make that anymore. It's on the website and a sign in the store but they didn't have a clue . Ordered the # 10 club comes with bacon, no bacon when I got home. Didn't seem like they knew what goes on a club. I wish the young people would try a little harder to do their job correctly. Oh , and I left a tip. Yeah I have to say it was much better than subway used to be

Came in here and both ppl working here just looked at me with a stupefied look on their faces and didn’t even say “hello” or “welcome in etc” you know just bottom of the barrel basic food service cordial manners.Then I got ignored for a good 5 minutes. Literally not a word. Not a glance. Pure silence and awkwardness. I waited out of sheer curiosity to see how long this silliness/rudeness could go on before finally being served.Low hanging fruit you know? A “hello” a “we will be right with you” ANYTHING any sign of life would be appreciated smhDo better…

First time at this location and I came away with not only a well-made sandwich, but a new flavor of chips and a bottle of Coke Zero, my favorite drink! Very accessible despite being in a really busy shopping center.

Unfortunately I don't have a subway by my house so it takes like 10 min to get here. I got there 30 min before closing and of course the the doors were locked. The light were on and there were 2 people behind the counter. Luckily there is another subway about 10 minutes in the opposite direction of my house. No need for this one.
