The lady working was just rude and full of these nasty scabs, I waited to order when I told her what i wanted she was annoyed seemed bothered. Just took my business elsewhere people if you don’t want to work don’t show up please don’t be rude. I work customer service and definitely do not behave this way

I recently came in and ordered the bread was dark and stale for my childs kids meal not fresh at all it was on Italian herb and cheese bread everything inside was fresh except the bread it was dry hard and crumbly I won't be coming back

Alright was craving a sub and of course subway. So I order my sub, I asked for it double toasted and when I got home my bread was colder than the deli meat.. I open my bag and my sub is way wrapped and out of the wrapper! Crazy, I open my sub up cause maybe my bread cooled down. Nope ny cheese and meat were not melted as you can see, my bread was white not cooked. I was really disappointed because the male working with female he left her to go on his break with all the other employees who were sitting in the lobby eating. I feel for that girl who had to be by herself. Pretty crappy workers ypu have. Was really disappointed with this location. 3 mins away from my house. Bust.

my mom, grandma and i came in here when it was absolutely empty and i just have to say. the only worker there, Jay, was such a funny, silly, approachable server. he was super accommodating and had good conversation, and was all around super polite and sweet. such a great interaction, and really made all of our afternoons. hope to see you again Jay <3

Hate to Karen out but here we go:
What is the point of ordering on the app for specific things if the people working aren’t going to actually read it? Every time I’ve used the app for this location they either forget entire toppings altogether or skimp me on ingredients I’ve specifically asked for extra on. Today I had a sandwich completely missing spinach and a sauce I asked for and on my other sandwich it was missing 2 of the toppings entirely. I even add in the comments to please make sure to add extra of the “more” toppings and it never gets done. Really hate the only way to use codes is over the app because apparently unless you’re standing over the workers in person, it won’t get made correctly

This is the sorriest Subway I’ve ever been to. I paid $16 for a double meat salad via Uber Eats. Received the salad and it literally has the skimpiest amount of ingredients I’ve ever seen. The salad bowl which was a decent size, was not even filled half way. I had four small pieces of onion and about 1/4 cup of lettuce. For $16 !I would expect at least half a container of lettuce. Never going back.

Literally placed an online order, the girl working by herself made two of my three sandwiches and ran out of meatballs. Let me know I would have to wait 15 mins for my third sandwich instead of making more meatballs and making all my sandwiches fresh. Like really?? And then when I said something about it she gave me an attitude?!!! Horrible if I could give zero stars, I would have
