Never open when they say they should be

Been going to this Subway for many years and its been a hit or miss on most occasions. But over the last few years, I can't remember the last time I've been able to get food from this store. NEVER opens on time when I happen to stop by to grab a sub to take to work for lunch. Each time I remember that I live near a Subway, I try to grab something from this exact store and get nothing. They should just change their hours to 10am. Because they don't open till 9:45am - 10am from my Husband's experience. Just pick any other subway to go to in the morning other than this one.

I ordered a footlong Hotshot Italiano on flatbread through the app and added the comment to put the oil and red vinegar on the side. When I opened the paper wrap, I noticed the oil and vinegar was on the wrap. I always save the second half for lunch or dinner the next day, but now that the oil and vinegar are on the wrap, the second half will be super soggy and I won't be able to eat it.

Don't go here. I ordered online, brought my order home and realized it was totally screwed up. Went back to try to get what I ordered and was told I had to go back home and bring in the bad order and was accused of trying to steal sandwiches. I did, finally got the right order after driving there 3 times. Justin, you just lost a customer for life. Subway needs to move you into management

The service staff is very bad. They made us stand and wait at the counter to order food. The staff saw us waiting and didn't care. They just kept wiping the table and doing other things. They didn't come to take the order. So we waited for a very long time. Finally, when the customer ordered the food, the staff said they couldn't do it. What's going on? It's very bad. What a waste of time.

Trash! I swear no one use's their brain anymore. I ordered a steak and cheese with 50% more meat. When I received the order I got 50% less meat and it wasn't even warmed up. I do not recommend. Waste of Money

I placed a delivery order online for 2 foot long subs. One was a steak sub with extra meat, charged $4 more for the extra meat. I has just had a chemo treatment that morning and didn't have the energy to pick it up. They sent a 6" sub with no extra meat! I tried calling, no answer. I went to the store a few days later and the Manager was rude and said he couldn't help me without proof!! He said I should have brought it back to the store, like really? Just horrible!

I just drove 20 minutes to get to this subway and it's advertised that they open up at 8 am and it's already 820 am disappointed to the lack of their employees or management not being open on time and being lazy bashas it is for sandwich

That one girl I think her name is Mary or Marley, she cooked that sandwich up amazing and fast, I took a bite and BAM, toes started curling, I tasted the amazing herbs bread then BOOM I got smacked with taste of ham cheese and veggies all at once. Amazing food and amazing customer service. Definitely telling all of my friends back in Kentucky about this location.
