Update: Maybe you should not do business with Grubhub? They dropped off my order at the wrong house or possibly just kept it for themselves. It’s not the first time it happened.

Slow service, very disorganized. Took 20 minutes to stand in line and wait for the girls to assemble my sandwiches

I hate going to this place because the customer service is trash. They make it a inconvenience to be buying from that store. My bf stopped going this year because customer service was terrible. I gave this place 2 tries and im not going back. The younger girl is rude and makes just standing in that store uncomfortable. Looking at reviews, guess they just treat everyone with bad customer service most of the time. This last time I went i was reading off a order and she made a different sandwich (same one she just made in a online order second ago) then proceeded to blame me that she started the wrong sandwich. Don't reccomend going unless you feel like dealing with attitude when you're the one purchasing from them lol.

Really wish there was a pick up counter for online orders. Many times I’ve walked in and seen my sandwich on their back counter and I’m just standing there for way too long while they help other people in line. I can easily find my name, help myself, and get out of their way if that existed.

Typical Subway food. Kids making the food will not acknowledge you when standing at the counter, a simple we will be right with you would be nice. Kid likes to make stupid comments about what sandwich you are ordering. Guess what you are not eating it, so why does it matter.

Go to get a fountain drink and there is no ice. I ask the kid at the register if there is any Ice and he says no its not working. You think he would say something when getting a drink or put up a sign.

Ordered in line. Told order would be ready at 6:40. At 7:05 we were told they were out of the fillings for our sandwich. Ant to top it off we could not get our money back because it was a on-line order. Absolutely the VERY LAST TIME I will go to a subway!!!!!

this location ignores dashers
been waiting here 15 min for them to make ONE sandwich. If I were to come in and order the same sandwich I would only be in there 5 min. i’ve told them multiple times i’m here and they keep telling me they’re preparing it.
I got here at 6:50 and was hoping it would be ready but it wasn’t so I informed the man with the backwards hat and he said it’ll be ready in a min. so I come back 5 min later and it’s not even started. It is 7:01 and I still do not see them preparing it. smh

Cashier was extremely rude. I asked if there was fresh lettuce for my salad because the lettuce looked wilted, and with a bad attitude she says, All the lettuce came from the same bag so it all looks the same. Her tone and choice of words could have been better like, Im sorry but this is the freshest lettuce we have, if that was the case. My coworker also ordered a sandwich for pick up and his sandwich was sloppily put together. When he unwrapped his sandwich toppings were basically falling out of the sandwich as if it was thrown together.
