Cashier was extremely rude. I asked if there was fresh lettuce for my salad because the lettuce looked wilted, and with a bad attitude she says, All the lettuce came from the same bag so it all looks the same. Her tone and choice of words could have been better like, Im sorry but this is the freshest lettuce we have, if that was the case. My coworker also ordered a sandwich for pick up and his sandwich was sloppily put together. When he unwrapped his sandwich toppings were basically falling out of the sandwich as if it was thrown together.

They really just need to improve how they handle online orders. Waiting 15 minutes after your pickup time just to watch them make all the walk in sandwiches first. Why even have online ordering?

Longtime fan. Never eating at Subway again. This is the 2nd time the bread and meat are 1/2 of the usual size. The sandwich tasted like I bought it from a vending machine ... smashed, bread thin and no flavor. Quality is not important anymore, only profit. Going back to Jersey Mike's

Terrible service at the counter the girl really hates her job. She was angry and arguing with me. Then skipped meand took everyone else. I was trying to give this shop another try . I guess it is my fault . However the red headed girl was trying her best to be nice.

Great friendly service, but the ingredients were not fresh today. Meat & cheese tasted a little old, a couple of the vegetables didn't look fresh. Bread was slightly stale. I got the hotshot italiano sandwich. Not bad but I've had better from Subway.

It’s Mother’s Day. I’m in Subway with my daughter trying to get some food. Waited for the 2 people ahead of me to be helped. Then watched as the boy continued to make subs for DoorDash or Uber eats orders, and the girl went to the back and started doing dishes. I waited patiently, was never spoken to. I then spoke up for myself and said we’re ready to order when you’re ready to help us. As I stood there at the counter, not being helped I decided to phone the store. Figured I’d be helped. Girl answered the phone, I told her hey I’m in your lobby and I’m waiting to be helped and I’m not getting anywhere can you please come help? She said “yeah sure ma’am” gave me stank eye from the back where she was on the phone and then proceeded to not help. I stood there for another two minutes and I told my daughter we’re leaving. So thank. Your employees suck.

Originally, I had given this place five stars. The food is typical Subway food, but it is fresh and good. I’m retracting this to one star so that management will wake up at this location! We were here on a Saturday four weeks ago, and there was one girl in the front doing online orders and in-person orders, and the line was almost out the door. It took forever to get our food and people were upset. There was a girl in the back doing something, but we never saw her. Today was worse. There was one girl behind the counter, handling the lobby, orders, and the online orders. Her directive was to help someone in the lobby, and then fill an online order. She was also baking the cookies and a few other things. This was during the lunch hour on a Saturday. though there were only three people in front of us, it was 45 minutes before it was our turn to have our sandwiches made. At that exact moment, a female employee exited the women’s restroom, got behind the counter, and told her coworker that she had been throwing up. That was enough for me. The couple who got their food right before us were in shock when they heard the news of the vomiting employee. I don’t know that they finished their food. As I went to pay the employee who had been behind the counter, the entire time, I told her that I knew this was not her fault, but this collapse was the fault of management. You have at least two people behind the counter on a Saturday at lunch, in addition to one in the back doing prep. That is how Subway works. Blame it on being shortstaffed, or blame it on scheduled people calling out. This stuff happens, but that is when associate managers and store managers show up on a Saturday and take care of their customers. The employees eyes welled up with tears as I explained to her that this was not her fault, and that she was doing a good job following orders. She had felt so defeated while the other customers were being very vocal about their frustration with the process. The girl explained that she has been there for less than a month. I felt absolutely terrible for her. Management, you need to care more about your customers and your employees. That girl took a lot of abuse during the 45 minutes we were there. I turned away three different customers when I told them we had been in line for 30 minutes and had not moved. Another guy left after waiting 30 minutes because he had to get back to work. The pictures below are from our visit to the store four months ago. We will not be back to this location for a long time. Hopefully management gets this taken care of.

The manager (at least I assume she is since she’s the only adult I’ve seen) is so abrasive and rude. Not only to her employees but also to her customers. You can tell the employees don’t want to be there and having to work with a manager who talks down to you, I don’t blame them. Shouting at customers who speak Spanish isn’t going to make them understand you either, they’re not deaf.

Ordered two sandwiches and it was like they looked at the ingredients and randomly assigned them to a sandwich. It was almost a 50 50 split on requested ingredients going to each

Vegetarian options: They have dozens of vegetables to choose from, you can make a sandwich entirely from them

Parking: It’s in a busy grocery store parking lot, so you likely will end up parking several yards away

It never fails every time we visit this Subway location the bread is so dry and hard you can literally knock on it. If you press the bread it’s crumbles. So disappointed everytime we visit this location. Don’t recommend will stick to subway on power and baseline and just drive a little further. Such a waste of a dinner tonight.
