Door was locked at 835. Store closes at 9. I knocked a RUDE woman came to the door and was very mad that I was there ordering food for my family. I’m a tow truck driver I had just gotten off work. Ontop of her being extremely rude n mouthy the sandwiches were poorly made and NOT worth the time or money from that worker. Normally I come to this location bc it’s the best n made with love. Tonight I was better off going to Mc Donald’s

Cee-Cee provided a wonderful service, with a smile, and made the most incredible tasting Subway sandwich that I’ve had in years! She even went out of her way to make sure that I had the freshest bread possible, and provided some friendly conversation while she made my sandwich!

Poor elderly woman was working alone at 2pm with online orders coming in and a line of 4 people. I watched 2 people leave before placing their order because of the long wait. The owner is not saving $ on payroll if paying customers are walking out and probably spreading the word that the wait times are unacceptable. Congratulations to the woman making the sandwiches on staying calm and pushing through a difficult situation that is out of her hands. Also, out if hearty multigraon bread & bags.

The Review
My boyfriend went in last night and when he got my sandwich he was told he wasn’t allowed to add anything extra. They refused. I got the all American and all they put in my sandwich was ham and cheese and barely any toppings. I’m that person where my sandwich is hard to close and cut. You could roll this thing like a sandwich. And I asked for lightly toasted and they didn’t do anything. Bread was so soggy when it came home. Literally live close to the subway. The employees here suck and this location I’ve had constant issues with their attitude. I’m a paying customer, make the damn sandwich how I want it made. This location should be shut down. And I’ll be reporting to bbb and other food sources as well including the health and safety board.
