The woman manager/owner at this location is tremendously customer hostile. Her husband and other employees are fine, though. Bread is usually really good here. Warning: Many of Subway's coupons AREN'T accepted at this location (nor the one two miles south at Brown and Power).

This woman who owns or just manages this location is absolutely out of control. I have contacted property management to complain about this and have contacted the health dept as well. She berated her employee right in front of me and told me to shut my mouth. If prior reviews mean anything to Subway, they would pay attention to this one. So many violations. Have also submitted a claim with the EEOC.

I’ve been there twice in the morning (around 8:20am) and their sign says they open at 8:00 am and no one is there. Very disappointing. Can’t rely on their hours of operation. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

OWNERS KEEP THE TIPS!!!!
I don't usually tip at subway but I was feeling generous, the sandwich artist was kind and efficient. I went to pay and tipped well then asked if the employee's got to keep all of the tips and the look I received was rather awkward. I then learned that the OWNERS keep ALL of the tips paid by credit card! I have a real problem with that! I won't likely return to this location as a matter of principle.

Worst Subway ownership I've seen, they won't even honor any online promo codes via the app, very cheap and need new responsible ownership ASAP

I picked up two 12-inch breakfast subs. They were double meat and double cheese. He charged me 38.00. After arriving home I went online and ordered the same sandwiches and they were $24. I was cheated out of $14.. I will never go back to this subway.

I need to start off by saying this location is always clean and they have a full case of fresh cookies and their vegetables look good. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars because everyone except for the older male owner act like someone has a gun to their head and they’re miserable to be there it makes it an uncomfortable experience.
There definitely not no customer service whatsoever couldn’t break a smile on either one of the ladies faces

I’ve been coming to this location for a while because it’s relatively close to my work, so I was upset to hear my girlfriend tell me about how she was treated by the employees. Today when she went in to get 2 sandwiches, the person working the counter was very hostile and didn’t seem like they even cared to be there. They then refused to put certain items on the subs, refused to give her a receipt, and wrapped the subs so loosely the wrapping had almost fallen off by the time she got to work. I’m hoping to come back soon and have a better experience, but if it’s like this again I’m afraid I’ll have to find a new location.

This store was listed as a participant in a promotion for a $6.99 footlong sub. On 8-20, my wife place an order, and when she went to pick up her order, they told her that the order had been cancelled and offered no explaination. I contacted the Corporate office and was given this explaination:

I haven't been back to this Subway in a very long time because it's not a good value anymore and is unaffordable. What would bring me back into your store is lowering your prices. Until you do that, I'm okay with never visiting another subway again.

Food tastes good and the store is clean which is why I gave it 2 stars. This location is weird about honoring coupons.. they’ll take some but not others and limit the type of sandwiches you can get with the coupons. After we ordered all our sandwiches the person who was checking us out informed us we could only use 1 coupon per transaction. I was like great so can we please do 3 separate transactions between the 2 of us and she told us no. Would have been nice to know at the very beginning of our ordering when we were clearly holding 3 coupons. I wondered why this location is always dead and I suppose that’s why!!
