I ordered ahead and showed up at 2:40 to pick it up and the door was locked and nobody seemed to be inside. An employee pulled up to start his shift and he said his manager had locked the door and was sitting in the back. He was helpful and refunded my money. Another customer pulled up and said I knew I should have not stopped at this one. Last time I will also. Kudos to the young man for handling walking into a bad situation because of the lack of leadership at the store.
The young man working today 3/16 was an absolute gem

Worse subway, never had a good experience and i need to learn my lesson. Bread overbaked, they didnt heat the chicken or bacon at all then placed a single spinach leaf on top 2 pieces of onion 2 pieces of green pepper and a smidge of lettuce in the center and then drowned the whole thing in sauce. I took one bite but husband made it through 3 before giving up. The bread was his biggest complaint that made it uneatable.
I submitted an online order and was told it would be ready at 6:05 PM. I arrived a couple minutes early and the employee was helping another customer and said he had to stop my order to help them. No problem, I understand that, and could see my four sandwiches were in process.
Once they left, rather than finishing my sandwiches (since I was waiting and it was after the time Subway said they would be ready), the employee started preparing bread to put in the oven. When I questioned this, he told me “I don’t know what to tell you dude, I’m the only one here.”
That’s already problematic, that the store was operating with a single employee, but the terrible customer service to keep a customer waiting - who had already paid - because they chose to perform another task was both rude and jarring to me.
It was another 20 minutes before my sandwiches were done, and I didn’t even receive an apology when I said thank you. Waiting 45 minutes for an order at a fast food restaraunts is ridiculous.
I like Subway, but it isn’t worth the wait or complete disregard for my time. I’m inclined to go to Firehouse, Jimmy John’s or Quiznos in the future.
Would be one star but the actual food was decent and the order was accurate.
Whoever manages this store needs to pick more reliable employees. There was ONE gentleman working here by himself during a Friday lunch rush next to three active job sites...come on man, that's not fair to your employee. He is getting harassed, dealing with the pressure of 12 people in line and that's just not fair to him. I placed an order at 10:30 and didn't receive it until 11:45. Seriously? I'm not mad at the lone worker, but whoever is hiring these other people, you need to punish them and do better. I see an employee walking in, slumping her feet, no rush, doesn't try to immediately help this guy and is just sitting on their cell phone for 5 minutes. Like come on man, help this guy out. 12/06/2024, 1030am to 1145am, give Robert a raise and paid time off, he works his butt off!
I was here on Sunday; a kind and friendly employee took our order. The location was also clean.

For three weeks we’ve been trying to get food here after visiting another business in the plaza. We’ve been told four different times that their card system is down and we can’t order. How are they even in business after almost a month of not having a card reader? Sounds like someone doesn’t feel like making sandwiches.

I was so disappointed trying the subway yet again don’t have the best luck there usually but I thought I’d give them a chance again turns out that was a bad idea. The girl behind the counter with the glasses, absolutely hates her job and argued with me about the cheese on my sub I was the only one in the building when I started my order of four sandwiches and a crowd of people came in. She pushed me to the back, finished the crowd of people, and then continued on with my order and straightening it out because she charged me wrong for the sandwiches. But mostly. 8/30

Aweful service and the get way to stressed out when there is more the one customer
I ordered online and got served after everyone that came in after me. I was sitting in there for 30 minutes waiting for my order even though there was 2 employees in the store. The sandwiches were poorly made and barely had any meat in them. The first time I had the nacho chicken, I fell in love with it. It became my new favorite and I’m not big of a fan of chicken. This sandwich, however, made it taste pretty plan due to it being poorly made. Normally, I don’t have any complaints about my food from Subway, however, this visit was very disappointing

This place is gone under it's mostly kids that work here from high school so you ain't going to get any good service if you're looking for batter service go to the one on baseline. They are never open on the time either they say they're open but when get there there closed .They need to close this place down.
