If I could withhold stars, I would. Tried ordering a sandwich with Singh and asked the him to toast my meat. Instead of toasting it, he tried microwaving it and made a face when I told him I wanted it TOASTED not microwaved. Then as he was adding veggies to my sandwich, he BARELY put any spinach and when I asked him to put more, he made a face. I asked him to toast my meat a little more and again another face was made. Tried explaining that I know I’m asking a lot but as a former subway employee, I know that regardless of how you feel, as long as it’s within reason, whatever the customer asks for on the sandwich, needs to be added. He told me that if I didn’t like his service that I could leave so I did. I DO NOT recommend this subway
Absolutely horrible service. My wife just walked in there at 9:06PM on Friday July 4th. Hours say the store closes at 9:30PM. As soon as she walked in the “owner” says we’re closed. My wife has a health condition and she is on a strict diet. This subway was the only thing opened that we could get to. She didn’t explain that to the “owner” but she shouldn’t have had to. It’s no wonder this place has such bad reviews.
Supposed to open at 10am. No one showed up. Not a good way to run a business. This happened Sunday morning 6/8/25
Pull up tonight at 9:18 soon as I pulled up, he turned off the lights walked out of the back office lock the door, but it doesn’t close until 930 then he proceeds to shut down the table. He could’ve served me then shut down the table cause he does close till 9 o’clock get better employees that’s willing to work.
This was the worst experience I have EVER had! TIFFANY with her lil attitude and inability to provide even just the littlest amount of customer service has me and my family never stepping foot in this subway ever again. She was rude, rushed us and then had the nerve to argue and kept going to where it almost got physical. She might need a drug test by the way she was acting. Even other customers in the line were annoyed and just wanted her to stop running her mouth. I can see the poor service and rude employees is common at this Subway location due to all the other bad reviews. Save your time and energy and just go to a different subway. The manager Gwinder was no help at all and didn’t offer any type of resolution or sympathy. DON’T GO TO THIS MESA LOCATION! I’d give ZERO stars if I could
Came and sat in here for my lunch break and a couple came in wanting to order food one of the employees was a bit extra and rushing them as they were looking at the menu trying to figure out what they wanted. He said what he said about feeling like he was being rushed and the employee said that’s fine you can feel that way and continued to antagonize the couple. Any time I come in here she’s a bit extra.! regardless of what shift your used to working on you need to always have proper customer service skills and learn to just respect what the customer is saying instead of trying to argue and fight with them she’s very rude and still continues to talk about the situation after they left to her coworker she knows she wrong and that’s why she continues to talk about it
Long story short: we were there at 2:15 pm. We got charged for a full-sized salad and was only given a small one. I specifically asked for a large salad, equivalent to a foot long. I even said something when the man used a small bowl. Was charged $12.99. I been to subway before (a different location), and that’s why I know how large it was supposed to be. He also didn’t listen to us. I clearly said we were on keto and therefore couldn’t have the bread. After making the salad, he asked if we wanted chips or a cookie. Listen! Everyone knows what carbs are! Worst experience in a long long time. Whoever this employee is (no name tag or anything), he needs to be fired. If it was the manager, he still needs fired. Horrible.
Slowest, rudest employers ever! They over charged me and had me wait for 10 min before serving me, nothing was being waited on , no system reload . Just was rude and I was already waiting patiently for 15 min when there was just 1 person in front of me in line ! Please fire these 2 workers at 5:30 pm Tuesdays you'll loose customers if u keep those 2 people on the staff!
Waiting in line took FOREVER and the sandwich cost EIGHTEEN DOLLARS--without chips or a drink included!!! ? What the.... Just ridiculously overpriced.
I heard from a few friends that this place was good. When i went to visit this place I was very disappointed with the service. I had a coupon for 1 footlong and they made us overpay for the sandwich by making us pay $12.99 never coming back here again.

My family went in at subway at 5:40pm on 03/16. The experience I received tonight was unreal. As we walk in we are waiting in line and another worker comes up to the window as the other was with a customer and doesn’t say a work. Not a “hey I can help you” “hi how are you” nothing. As I’m ordering my sub he doesn’t ask for my bread or anything he’s staring at me. As I proceed to go down the line the other gentlemen’s did help me and he was okay, still not great but he did at least talk to me. The older gentlemen working tonight had horrible guest service. And was smoking out in his car when we arrived. Break? Unsure but had a horrible attitude like he hated his job. Probably won’t be retuning to this location if this is the service we will receive.
Sub was not wrapped very well and was a long wait due to a delivery service which were picking up their food. The Manager here does not except most coupons and does things his own way it seems rather then following company procedures.

I just had the best service. I was having a rough morning, however, the worker there was the sweetest ever super accommodating and cleanliness was great. She was so upbeat and sweet and just great customer service all around. (So hard toFind no and days) . Evangeline, I believe is her name, either way she’s deserves an A+ :). I love this subway!

I had a coupon but I wasn't allowed to use it. I was only planning on spending $7 with the coupon I ended spending $12 never coming back
