Never ever visited a Subway where the service was this poor. Sunday 2pm walked in for a ham sub. Shaggy long haired fellow ( no hair net, no hello) stated no ham, sold out.Never go back again!

Worst Subway yet. Flys all over while your sandwich is being made. Brown lettuce, jelly looking tomatoes, out of three types of most popular cheeses. BOUGHT THREE SANDWICHES FOR DIAMOND BACK'S GAME FOR GUESTS....DISGUSTING! DON'T FREQUENT THIS PLACE...

Got me a free 6-inch sub in celebration of their new meat cutters, yay! The location is close by, and the meat tastes better ? The staff are helpful and friendly to boot. Will come back here in the future!

Randomly shut location down with no explanation mid shift. Called store and got a snarky woman on the line who said, "well we close in 3 hours so we might just not open again." No explanation and the most limp wristed "sorry" she could utter like as if the operation of her store not her responsibility. Bad attitude to have if you want to keep your job for long.

There are to young teenagers working on Saturday . I went in chips aren't stock up the pre food bar isn't stocked up full. These youngsters need more train for friendly customer service. Someone needs.to train them how to make a delicious sub with plenty of toppings!! I wonder how.this place score on the dirty dining score!!

They are always fresh and that is important! So many choices too ! Happy place for me and I usually have coupons out of the ads that really help my budget ! Where can you get a good meal and fresh all wrapped together? My happy place ! And the choice of dressing is great too and I love the onion one and lots of onions on my sandwich too !! Fabulous!!!

Ordered on the app, went in store was told they didn't have the veggies for my sandwich I asked for my $$ back the person behind counter asked for card then wouldn't give me my $$ back said she didn't know how, didn't know how to give cash back refused to give her name told me to leave, wouldn't let the other employee talk to me she had to be in control. Refused to write something on my receipt that my order wasn't picked up and said to come back Monday morning to get a refund (it is Friday night this happens)Also refused to cancel my order so it is showing ready but not picked up. Also wouldn't even attempt to call another store and see if they could make my order.I took her picture to show the manager.I highly recommend NOT GOING TO THIS LOCATION 322 Brown road in Mesa....

Ordered through app got there food was not made they said they were out of veggies that we asked for I asked for $$ back worker asked for my card then wouldn't give $$ back I asked for cash she said she didn't know how I asked her to call and see if another subway could make the order she told me to do it. Again I asked about my refund I was told to come back Monday and get it ( this is Friday at 7:45 pm) this is happening.I asked for her to write on my recipt that this is to be refunded so I have some kind of proof she would not. I asked the other worker there to do it. The one that refused to do anything for me told the other one not to help. So I left without my food my $$ Highly recommend not to go to this subway employee was extremely rude
