Supposed to be open and it's not. Employees showing up at 7:10
The young lady was very rude, I was talking with my partner on what to decide and kept getting rushed and interrupted, NO OTHER GUESTS IN STORE!! She grabbed the bag of chips out of my hand to shove in the bag even though we said we eat in store. Almost every table was dirty, subway is our Sunday treat so this was disgusting, rude and just bad customer service. Term ID-TRANS 1/A-352723

If you don’t have the item. Turn off the option to order! The manager needs to be fired. Whoever owns this franchise needs to reprimand management for being useless!

I haven't gone to a Subway in a very long time- mainly because most of the people almost treat you like you're bothering them or they don't like working for Subway- but this evening I was in the mood for a sweet onion teriyaki sub and Herey Mikes doesn't have those yet- stopped at the nearest Subway which was at 325 W Southern Ave in Mesa- corner of Country Club and Southern- the gentleman that was working is outstanding! His attitude, very welcoming and pleasant and patient- but too it off- he was cared about the appearance of sandwhich and didn't just throw it together where it's a mess- also cleaned his hands and the sandwhich area from customers before me- this gentleman who's name is Hemant is why places get repeat customers because the way treats people---- I've never experienced this level of customer service by any Subway until this man- if he reads this- Thank you so much for customer service and welcoming experience and smiling at everyone! 5 stars but i give a 10 star for customer service!
The food was delicious. The server was very nice. Clean bathrooms.
Ice machine at the self service fountain drink machine is growing mold and needs to be addressed.
Didn’t toast my sub or put my extra meat.
Do not use the app to order your food it will be completely wrong at this store. The 2 ladies working there horrible customer service. By far the worst subway I have ever been to. She made my sandwich twice and still got it wrong again don't use the app or drive thru go inside and make sure they do it right.

Do NOT order a FOOTLONG FLATBREAD. I happened to order one and instead of making my sandwich the right way (long way) the lady decided it would be “easier” to eat my sandwich rolled up like a burrito and it was NOT easy it was MESSY. Never coming back again. How are you going to tell me how to eat my sandwich?

I made my purchase on the subway app. 3 subs, when I arrived to pick up the sandwiches there was no order but they did charge me, the employees couldn't help me they didn't know how to solve the problem, I had to leave without the sandwiches I had to buy somewhere else I called the bank and subway My money was never returned, they are a very dishonest company, and worse, the employees and the manager of this place did not resolve either, they were called and they did not give any solution. I will not buy more in this town, oh to say more, I will not buy in subway again.

Bread was a little hard, skimpy on turkey. Not worth the nearly $20.00 I spent. I could have bought cold-cuts at the deli for a better dining experience which would have been better. Lesson learned.

I won't go back to this location. The bread tasted stale. I have had better subs at other locations. It was very disappointing. Plus, they had people "living" in the parking lot. Didn't really feel very safe getting out of my car and going into the store.
