Do not use the app to order your food it will be completely wrong at this store. The 2 ladies working there horrible customer service. By far the worst subway I have ever been to. She made my sandwich twice and still got it wrong again don't use the app or drive thru go inside and make sure they do it right.

Do NOT order a FOOTLONG FLATBREAD. I happened to order one and instead of making my sandwich the right way (long way) the lady decided it would be “easier” to eat my sandwich rolled up like a burrito and it was NOT easy it was MESSY. Never coming back again. How are you going to tell me how to eat my sandwich?

I made my purchase on the subway app. 3 subs, when I arrived to pick up the sandwiches there was no order but they did charge me, the employees couldn't help me they didn't know how to solve the problem, I had to leave without the sandwiches I had to buy somewhere else I called the bank and subway My money was never returned, they are a very dishonest company, and worse, the employees and the manager of this place did not resolve either, they were called and they did not give any solution. I will not buy more in this town, oh to say more, I will not buy in subway again.

Bread was a little hard, skimpy on turkey. Not worth the nearly $20.00 I spent. I could have bought cold-cuts at the deli for a better dining experience which would have been better. Lesson learned.

I won't go back to this location. The bread tasted stale. I have had better subs at other locations. It was very disappointing. Plus, they had people "living" in the parking lot. Didn't really feel very safe getting out of my car and going into the store.

The person gave me the wrong cheese on my sandwich and when I told her (3 times) she ignored me. Me being nice paid for the sandwich anyway but never coming back to this location again. There was no apology for getting my order wrong. Do not recommend this place.

Literally the worst subway I’ve ever been to in my LIFE. From the customer service to the way my sandwich was made. Also had a coupon on which I simply ordered a ham sub and told my coupon wasn’t valid. Again ham and cheese with a squirt of mustard and that was $8.58 since my $4.99 coupon wasn’t acceptable, how??? I had avoided this location for about 5 years and counting, tonight is the reason why I will never return and made me finally speak out on this specific location that’s a half a mile from my place but rather travel 3 miles away from this location for my subs. Gilbert and southern, YOU GUYS ROCK, absolutely amazing and clean subway!!!

This location is not taking orders through the Subway phone application. I am not sure what’s the issue is. I have cleared up cache and data. Deleted the application and downloaded it multiple times. I also tried to use different credit cards and still rejecting my orders. I am not sure if the owner of this location doesn’t want people to use their discounts and award points. If that’s the case this is FRAUD. False advertising on behalf of Subway. They should be taking orders through the Subway phone application and honoring Subway discounts.

All of the ladies there are nice but I have to tell you that I ordered and ate a tuna sandwich from there today for lunch and I am SO SICK right now from it. My stomach hurt so bad after eating it. A few hours later I started heaving to throw up and finally got a diarrhea. The whole bathroom reeked of tuna which told me that my body was literally rejecting it and pushing it out! You need to throw out that tuna and check the date and/or temperature. I should not be getting sick like this from a sandwich ? My 7 dollars was wasted.

I had a coupon for 2 subs for 13.99 my wife chose a spicy Italian and I chose a bmt, nothing extra. When the employee rang it up she tells us those subs don't qualify for the coupon no where on coupon dose it say that. I then asked to speak to manager both girls looked at each other said manager was not there. I then asked for managers name neither one would let us know the name of manager. I then paid the $28 for 2 subs that a few years ago were $5 each. I will not go back to subway again!
