I ordered the beast that is supposed to be a 1/2 lb of meat and there was barely any on it. I order this sandwich regularly from this location so I know what it’s suppose to look like. I try calling them to discuss it and they don’t answer the phone. The 2nd sandwich was non toasted and the bread was harder than the toasted sandwiches and minimal meat when it says it has 30% more meat. 1 out of 4 sandwiches were okay. Never doing online orders on any orders at this location. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to the other one.

I go to my favorite subway, which is located on Stapley and university in Mesa Arizona. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’ll speak on my behalf. The place is amazing. The people are friendly, and they give you exactly what you want.

The ingredients were fresh, and the bread was perfectly baked. The place was clean and had a comfortable vibe. This place changes employees like people change clothes and they seem to just get worse. The 2 guys working tonight at 6:30pm were off putting, as one seemed stoned and the other was lazy. This subway is going downhill.

Who runs this place? You can't make a cheesesteak its 4 ingredients. Why does mine have lettuce no peppers and very few of the wrong kind of onions. How do you mess up a simple thing? Who is in charge??
Every time I come I feel like it’s always a wait when it’s only one person in front of you but they’ll for sure do the online orders before even acknowledging you and then have an attitude when they have to do their job and make a sub. And the bread always taste a day old.

I have the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway there not only was the girl in a rush and there was no customers there but she also put minimal toppings on everything like I can't even see where the protein is on top of that she coughed and covered her mouth and never changed her gloves meaningless to say I gave my dog the sandwiches because I was so disappointed I did not want to go back and go to my experience with this woman literally very very unpleased with the customer service there and the food I love Subway but I will never go back to that location I don't even want to give this to my dog but I can't let food go to waste and the way it was just shoved in a bag that is not the way you handle food literally disgusted definitely explains why the store was empty if you look at the pictures where is the protein would definitely like a refund

Male employee was very rude during the late lunch hour today. Example: rolled his eyes when my (pregnant) wife asked for the meat on her sandwich to be heated up. Also informed us that they do not have change when we pulled out cash to pay. I see a couple other reviews related to this cash/change situation, so I hope management can notice this issue.
