Nice employees fast service. It's a subway you know what they're like. Except I highly recommend you stay away from their churros! They were chewy and flavorless!

Employee refused to get make sandwiches the way i requested. Also said he did not want to get more meat and veggies out. That's being lazy . Management should look into this.

Service was crappy workers did not even welcome us in. I ordered a meatball sub and asked them if they would please toast it. They made that sub so hot I got burned on the roof of my mouth, on my lip, and on my thumb from a meatball falling on me. I now have 3 blisters from trying to eat lunch.

I don’t get what other people are talking about in the bad reviews but i HAVE NOT had a problem here in this subway, i love it amazing crew and i love getting my sandwiches here. :)

Big SHOUT OUT to. Luis at Subway store # 29012 at Riverview in Mesa Az..He was very polite handling are order,answered all are questions and even looked up the Bus # we needed to get home on..Luis I hope your there next time we visit..Your Awesome!

I'd say any food place that does catering that doesn't pick up the phone is pretty garbage. Took me multiple phone calls to even order food and then staff was rude during the call.

DISRESPECTFUL AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
never had been to a subway where they don't toast a sub twice (I like my sub hot), says store policy (I can understand to an extent).
Store closes at 10 PM, we were here at 9 PM and they don't want us to dine in at the restaurant and asked us to leave.
Subway has to take care of their customer service seriously.

Welp I guess I'm hitting all the mesa riverview restaurants now lol, cashier stole money from me and I tipped 6/26 it was sub of the day I got a small meal, the total cane out to $13 and I tipped a dollar. Quit stealing from customers!!! Did he give me a receipt? Nope!!! I can't let this happen to other customers.

This place is a franchise so the owner is a local, so to not respond to this is bad. But go ahead pretend you don't know Google exsits

Bought a chero an was rushing because my Lift was coming. Tried to eat it and it was gross stiff like it got microwaved. Completely stain an could not even bite it! Nasty! The women who sold it to me came out of the back area with it, an not sure if she did this on purpose but NEVER eating here again.

Man I wish I could leave a -5 review. I ordered 2 foot long subs on the Subway app around 11:34 am on Saturday May 25th. My order was suppose to be ready at 11:50 am. My wife & I went into the store & waited for our order.When I was greeted by Lily (so she said that was her name) I informed her I was there for my pick up order. She informed me nothing was in the system, I said ok well the app told me it'll be ready by 11:50 I have no problem still waiting. After all it was 11:38 at this time.By 11:52 am I finally went back up to Lily to see what's going on with my order. At this time Meet (so he said his name was) was now getting involved. Both Lily & Meet are telling me nothing has went through their system. Which I'm totally fine with, we all know how technology can be at times. It's not always reliable.I showed Lily & Meet my phone several times. At one point they literally asked to hold my phone without me holding it, which I had no problem with at all. They saw the app saying my order was ready, they saw the app displaying their store location, address, suite number everything! In the same app area they can see I paid $20.02 for the 2 footlongs, they can see what subs were ordered & all the ingredients to make these subs. Here's the kicker I even showed my bank account showing the $20.02 deduction from Subway.After all this & me asking if we can get the GM of the store or the area Manager who oversees this area location on the phone, so that I could discuss this matter with someone who could resolve the issue, I was told by Lily that they could not get any upper management on the phone (especially on the weekend) those were her words. I just was blown away by that comment & lack of help by 2 employees.So as of now because of these 2 employees that have no customer service skills, knowledge or desire to help, I'm out $20.02 with no lunch. So let me ask this Subway, google review lookers, Gm of this location, area manager of this location & franchise company of this location. Would you guys accept me or any other guest to order any food items & pay you guys at a later date??? I'm assuming not! But yet I gave you $20.02 for no food given to me & I'll have to wait 7-10 business days before i get my money back wuth a sorry b.s apologize from someone, unacceptable!I will never return to this location for anything! And I think customer service training is needed for "Lily & Meet"

Where do I begin. The meat and cheese are covered so you can't see them anymore. They only had provolone cheese and the bread was stale. All early on a Saturday afternoonHard as a rock. The floor was filthy and sticky. Absolutely disgusting and an all around terrible experience. At the end they asked fo a tip...of course.
